I recall the other day someone suggested multiple NDS's well if theres more than one intertested party lift the suspension & let them fight it out.. but really there is only one Norilsk.. and I believe it all depends on the palladium price..
As Norilsk said.. the price was a bubble.. the Q is has the bubble deflated enough for Norilsk to commit?
