Yep, seems a second lot came in also. Nice someone has an eye on this stock, better chance of a good pile in once news drops. Also, slightly annoying as I still had 25% left of my stake to put in and seem to have missed the high 80s. Also, the FTSE was getting hammered today, so early next week could be great, especially if any news drops.
How does this stock go to an all year low following a pretty positive RNS?! I know the volume is low and it’s probably just negative volatility, but even so!
The market (non) reaction is somewhat surprising. I’m putting it down to general sentiment rather than something specific. I’ll probably add more if it drops, but even so.
Liked the recognition of the developing infrastructure in Botswana. Seems important.
Thanks for the informative posts. Feels like the jigsaw is starting to come together.
I want to add another 50% but it’s anyone’s guess where the blinking bottom is! I think I’ll wait until I see the first signs of a bounce and accept I’ll miss the true bottom, which is basically guesswork and witchcraft.
Whatever they do, if they could wait to announce it until I get paid on Friday that would be super helpful.
I don’t think this is a John Grisham novel. He is 72 and clearly retiring, which sounds very well deserved.
Finished reading the Lancet publication. Firstly, the value of this company is underpinned by the quality of the research, which is exceptional, hence Lancet publication. The study had a smaller sample, but some of the effect sizes were big, therefore the observations about death and symptom reduction are note worthy. Diabetes is one of the biggest variables in poor outcomes related to COVID and the positive outcomes surrounding symptom recovery could have an impact on hospital admission, or reducing length of stay. That metric has real value. The more I read the research that underpins this stock, the more confidence I have, but obviously DYOR blah blah blah. This is my nerd stock, thanks science.
The research process is very transparent. It has a high level of governance, as you would expect with a test of this nature. The research budget, timescales and previous research are all published on the University of York website. The principle investigator has shares in Cizzle, I doubt if this project doesn’t have their full attention.
Agree. It was quite cryptic wasn’t it!
Prion-like domains drive CIZ1 assembly formation at the inactive X chromosome.
If you go to Google Scholar and search for this you will get the most recent publication by the principle investigator. The publication is of excellent quality, and that’s what I invested as it is the underpinning value for the Cizzle business model. The full text is available on the York University website.
