High grade from surface. 5g/t.6 Dec 2024 13:48
‘Its far too early to be speculating about what Pepas might be as we have not yet begun to assess size - but there is no harm in thinking about economics in a generalised sense.
There are 31 grammes in a troy ounce. So assuming 95% recovery, a tonne of ore grading 5g/t, at the current gold price, will produce about $400 of gold. That's the easy part. The hard part is what it costs to mine and process that tonne.
That is a very complex question and comes down to grade, strip ratio, grind size etc etc etc - all issues we have yet to assess. However, indicative cost numbers are out there as a rough guide that give us some sense of where we want to be.
We dont get to choose of course, we can only find what is there to be found, but for a junior, open pit high grade is the sweet spot.’
Pepas is High grade from surface. A rarity these days.
Do more research Surin, Brad has invested, he currently holds 0.14% of the company. Louie slightly less. Not massive amount but they do currently hold and are expected to add to there holdings
Please don’t add, leave them for greedy others like myself.
They’ve enough funds until into the New year Surin, any raise will be at a much higher price in my opinion.
Also the warrants at 3.7p & 4.42p which will generate about £1.3m.
