My thoughts are to sell all leaving 10% royalty ex mint, taking into consideration that with the HG feed they should be producing at least 1000000 oz a year, that means 100000 oz divi from NCM at the present spot price = 175 million usd a year leaving 75 million for exploration and 100 million a year in divi. Repeat for Scally and Goliath and there you have it. Oh yes the 20 % devided 50 50 for exploration and special divi. Thats the way to go mates. Ciao DM

Hi Paddy, looks like a fenced off area with a track around it with one entry point, maybe a new core yard, don`t see a reason for fencing anything else off as in the middle of nowhere, hope solid gold cores but one can dream. Ciao DM

Hi Redleader, gold bugs normally price in the gold in ground at 1/10 th the futures gold price as a rule of thumb, of course very high grade gold will move this up a bit. Ciao DM

Hi 5eights, i like that name. I posted earlier about the POG and futures contract to be exchanged in June and i suspect a breakout to around 1850 usd per oz after June 15. Not enough of the stuff around and too much paper gold to cover so the only way is up and up ETC. Ciao DM

Hi Tig, I don`t think the POG will move much until the June futures contracts have been exchanged, then i think the POG will move north just like our dome until that`s been completed. Ciao DM

Best option for me concerning a buy out for Hav is to insert a clause that for every one million extra Oz found then NCM gives 50 million usd that takes care of any extra finds later on. For Scallywag i prefer to drill out without JV and the main reason is that RIO own the southern part of Scallywag so could take the lot. For Goliath, for me thats the main one to keep and totally explore. Ciao DM

As i have mentioned before my preference is for RIO to take over the complete shooting match in cash/share deal as they are registered in London, holders of the shares maintain the gold exposure plus all the other metal stuff that RIO deal in. DM

i hope all the major buying and selling has been completed yesterday including me as i had to be prudent as no cash to hand so sold some for the first time and reduced my average down to 0.34p from 0.9p now holding 5.6 million, diversified some to new industry as its the future in ITM and some into old industry silver miner HOC as i think silver will go up % wise than gold in the near future. SB is correct in increasing his holding, hope he bought mine up to keep in the family so to speak. As for NCM its going all the way, my question is where is the 10th rig hope its been disinfected and on hold for scallwag drilling? Krugerrand's and sovereigns are the best as they don`t chip as they are harder so transport more easily. Mix of half and full sovereigns so easier to sell on. Ciao DM

No way mate, takes about 2 years to start building a plant, 18 months engineering and then to break the ground while waiting on materials and doing foundations. Think to remove the dunes to drill under or better still as mentioned before they have found near surface stuff. Ciao DM

And his Grandfather was a lorry driver so from rags to riches, good on them. For me i hope rags to riches as well as i am 29 grand into the hole on this share (Proxima time) so hoping to recover something from my dirty sock drawer which sits along side my MATD which is even in a worse state of affairs so hoping on that one as well. i like to play around with figures so think of a total resource of 70 million ounces in the ground. For this you need 1.64 billion M3 of rock at an average grade of 2.8 G/Ton including copper. That needs to be a hole 2000 m X 1000 M X 800 deep which is about 1,640,000,000 M3 so 30% of 70000000 ounces is about 23000000 ounces X 200 usd = 4.6 billion USD for GGP so there you have the elephant in the room and bigger than the supper pit.
