IMHO the following points highlighted by the BoDs underline major concerns…

1. Revenues for FY2024 are expected to be significantly weighted towards the second half of the financial year.

2. Projects are and have been delayed.

3. The last fundraiser was at a massive 84% discount.

4. The company has highlighted (and continues to highlight) financial uncertainty and restricted cash flows.

5. The BODs are being paid shares.

6. The company has employed stringent cost cutting strategies.

7. They are currently reducing the workforce.

I agree Chris, it will only get weaker so it’s a strong SELL…IMHO DYOR GLA

Bigsock36, obviously not playing with big numbers and tbf it’s a good job. I would expect that any future fundraise would be at another huge discount. Therefore, it might be beneficial to buy after said raise. Anyway, it’s going down to the wire and that’s why no one is interested for the moment. IMHO DYOR GLA..

Unfortunately Schum, it looks like there’s only the prospects of further dilution. The SP is where it is due to a massive 84% discounted fundraise back in May 23. Since then they have managed to scrap around and get a little R&D to keep the lights and heating on… They need to secure some form of revenue stream, tbh I don’t think many will be wanting to offer up funds. DYOR IMHO GLA

All truth and in the company RNS's McPlop...now lets talk about the other 6 points and the fact that staff members are being paid with shares and numbers going out are bigger than numbers coming in...that there is a reduction... Right i will make it easier... You have just bought 3 bottles of Buckfast to go with your chip suppa, you drink one bottle and dont buy another...Theres a reduction... McPlop.

Unfortunately, I can now see where Yana gets his/her frustrations from...she only blew 6 grand of her sons savings...what an unknowledgeable thing to do...😂😂🤣🤣🤡

Completely new and completely unknowledgeable about all this.

I have some £6000 in my sons ISA account.

Can someone tell me how (step by step please) how i can transfer these over and still have ownership when it trades in Kazakhstan. I dont want to lose out.

I have complete faith in Polymetal.

Gold is Gold be it from Russia, Ukraine or anywhere else. Polymetal will deliver for years and years.
