Because the BoDs informed shareholders that communication and dialogue would be enhanced going forward. If you are happy investing and not being told how the company is progressing you need to give your head a wobble. It’s hardly asking a lot to be updated after 2 1/2 months of silence and the decimation of the SP. Let’s remember the last RNS was to tell us about lucrative bonuses to get the SP to a lower point than when the CEO started…

Hardly cloak and dagger stuff…. The address is the address used for his other company Angel Share Capital… he has also used other addresses and don’t really see the relevance. I know lots of very rich people with modest dwellings… get a grip ffs…

I agree Trisor with ref to the arrangements... However, Duffers will most probably try and get the SP over 1p with the next RNS...he will also leave a little carrot dangling to make you think there is more to come.... he will get his bonus and the SP will drop and there will be months of waiting for the next golden egg cup....

Carlsberg wasnt it... anyway that would take Duffers too long....he wants his 1p then he is off....

I agree poorinvester... its a risky strategy averaging down. However, I dont think there's much option for those with high averages (over 2-3p), its either average down or write this invest off. The spikes are getting smaller with everyone selling at the slightest rise. When they do release a noteworthy RNS it will be carnage... 2p seems light years away at the moment...

Anything could be happening and we are blind to it all…

Hence no comms and the destruction of the SP…
