PS looks like NNN is going to cross into the 0.19s which it will then remain below and continue sliding again so all those who bought cheep and didn't take profits mid Jan now might be a good time to stop losses, get out while you can.

Hahahaha, PrettyWild that made me chuckle. Unfortunately, UG is a very stubborn old soul and even when 100% in the wrong will not back down. I have found the following helps… find a large door, insert head in door frame, slam door very hard on head at least 20 times… job done..
