Plus ORCP aren't on the Priority list as far as i can see. Ive asked the company for clarification but silence so far

So according to the last RNS, ORCP have been elevated to the fabled CPEC "priority list" which would be great news. Most of those projects have financial close already. There seems to be a problem tho... The CPEC website http://cpec.gov.pk/energy has them listed in the "actively promoted" second tier below "priority list". I had assumed this was just out of date, i have emailed for clarity. However, here https://www.facebook.com/pml.n.official/posts/1186975504664205 "It was also informed that CPEC-Energy Actively Promoted Project include Gaddani Power Park Project, HUBCO coal power plant, Hub Balochistan (660 MW), Salt Range Mine Mouth Power Project, Kohala Hydel Project, AJK (1100 MW), Pakistan Wind Farm, Jhampir, Thatta, Sindh (100 MW), Thar Mine Mouth Oracle, Thar Sindh". This is from a Pakistan new agency. So are ORCP on the priority list or not???
