The VATs not the big story here23 Dec 2018 13:45
I’m dubious we will ever get the full amount rebated, more likely continuous stalled dribs&drabs. Looking at the issue in a “long-game” approach, we certainly have many more projects to expand and the VAT will more realistically be rebated against future capital expenditures. The government does not dispute that the VAT is due to be refunded, it is in all likelihood reluctant to part with the cash, but would prefer to write off future dues.
In truth the focal point is, that going forward we are continuing to make profits, expand, replace our proven resources,& pay down our debt.. I honestly feel our need to raise capital through issuing shares are behind us, and add to that a divided is likely to come about as our cash balance grows. I am confident to continue holding my personal investment here.
This is of course all only my opinion. happy Christmas to all, may 2019 be a great one for us LTH.
