Don’t think we should rule out glencore as a potential buyer, although it would seem unlikely at the moment, the re-structuring would make it a lot easier for them to attempt a takeover. They would only need to buy Elphicks holding for them to hold 70% (ish)…
They then could do as they wish, just a thought, as they obviously value the asset.
