Given that a competent director or officer of a company has insider information ALL the time what is the proper definition of a 'closed period or when are they are allowed to buy stock in the company they represent?

Given that the share price of Mayan is rock bottom wouldn't it be energizing to see CW to dip into his own pocket and take a few?

Is that Mayan has some very attractive assets but has not shown the operational expertise to realise them (yet).
Mayan also has a couple of attractive investments in PDQ and BLOCK.
There is very likely to be a company out there that would like to snap up Mayan Energy at a very low price ...
Unfortunately a very feasible outcome if CW doesn't get oil and of those wells ...and fast!!!

Presumably Petroteq is still on target to announce their near-term target of 1000 bopd ?

When this happens (and Khan has been nothing other than upbeat) what will our 1 million paid up shares and 1 million warrants do for our market cap?

Surely it's got to move us into the 0.5 - 0.6 range on that news alone?

A chunky buy by him would go some way to answer some of his critics of recent.

A double opportunity for him especially at today's price and would demonstrate a commitment.......

For your information the initial notice of the AGM was In the RNS 31- Aug-2018 so your company had plenty of time to run your vote campaign - says more about ALIGN really.

Should think Aligns clients might have something to say about the unnescessary frenzy that one of their advisors was advocating.....(and probably driving down the value of their investments in Mayan conversely).

It will nteresting to see Aligns comments when the price starts rising again!

Obviously all you care about is your reputation(and paid income for your advice) and looking at past assaults/allegations on companies there seems to be a pattern that you and other seasoned investors will by now have recognised.

It is our interim CEO job to steady this ship and remind us all LTH and newcomers alike why we invested here - if he can't deliver some concrete assurances then he is definitely not the man we need at the helm (even for 3 months) imo.

CW needs to be clear on current production from any well.

CW needs to confirm the recent RNS staying there is no need for a raise.

The market cap is primarily where it is due to non delivery of the ' high impact newsfow' that was promised compounded now by very angry and negative sentiment.

I note that the company is evaluating all its assets as we speak but what ever you think of Mr Gonzalez he made a very prudent investment in Petroteq on behalf of Mayan and they will be rolling out their oil sands technology worldwide (very soon)- those 1 million paid shares and warrants alone should be a company maker here in its own right imo.

Given the amount disatifaction with loads of issues all Mayan do you not feel it prudent to send a representative of your company to ask the questions face to face to the BOD Tomorrow?
If I had invested in Mayan on your companies advise that is the least I would expect.

Mr Jennings if God forbid I was one of your clients I would fully expect you to finish your souvlaki and swig your last glass of retsina to represent your company's client commissions and attend Thursday's reconveniened AGM - as possibly your company might have been partly responsible for cutting it short?

For the record I am not a great fan of CW but the he has stated he is only the interim CEO so let's see ....

Athens is only a couple of hours from London in your pivate jet - like you and your clients (I am down a few quid with this share but hey it's your clients that expect you there and not pontificating on some BB ?

Very important that out 'interim' CEO tells his shareholders HE IS EXACTLY THAT and confirm to us that they are proactively looking for someone suitable who CAN deliver this business model.

Now that would be very reassuring to me (and maybe some others) and in Eddie's words would correlate to 'high impact news!

I think if our 'interim CEO' issued a RNS on Monday to reiterate that he is the stop gap CEO only and they were actively recruiting a suitable candidate for the role that would go along way to comfort some concerns here.

Failing that I would be more comfortable if Mayan suspended this share until that recruitment process has been filled.

Mud slinging ain't goner help an already depleted share price.....

Interestingly he has opted to to take his settlement for unpaid remuneration in shares......

Obviously still confident Mayan will come good at some point.....

Is only the interim CEO - let's hope for Christ's sake he does not assume the role permanently- the assumption I make in the RNS is they will appoint a new CEO on or before next week's AGM.

Good to get a legal guy on board to accelerate progress on the leases & permits .......
