(Because of the previous missed targets and bad comms as you say), this share is significantly undervalued on a PEx but it does have a big pipeline of work lined up and underway which will increase Production and Revenues. The correct analogy (hopefully) is not a dead cat, more a phoenix from the flames! (Cue Baddiel & Skinner singing)

Kld1, AParky- Agree with both of you.

Vaca Muerta Law sounds like it would be a game changer if passed. Interesting in Argentina is that the Provinces control the Oil & Gas operating rights, so VM could pass a law that would insulate VM from any negative impacts that Argentine Gov laws might have.

Brasso- 7000BOPD was the target by now. All the factors that could help make up the 7000BOPD are still in play and it still can be achieved. I'd say that I wouldn't bet my house on it though, but that's more of an expression, and I pretty much have!! Haha!

It's worth taking a balanced view here. Negative= SP is at an all time low. Expected workovers in Argentina & Louisiana have been delayed. Marco situation in Argentina is worrying. Nothing has happened in Paraguay for years.

Positive= Production is at an all time high for PPC. Workovers in Argentina & Louisiana are planned. PPC has diversified into Gas as well as Oil, and a further 1750BOEPD will come online in Q1 2020 once the pipe is laid. And Paraguay? Something might happen there next year.....

I think that if PPC's projections could be taken as Given, that if investors had confidence that the planned work would be done, then the SP would be multiples of what it is now. I hope that PPC can achieve this. I hope that the SP can increase massively. If I keep betting on the same horse, it's should win a race sooner or later..... ;-)

Looking at the maths & it's not a million miles out: 1,135,000,000 shares in Issue. 5% of shares = 56,750,000 shares. To buy that many shares at 4.5p each = £2,553,750.00

Louisiana- *if* anything had commenced by now, President would've announced it. They haven't and it's now the Christmas period so maybe Q1 2020?

Paraguay- "by hook or by crook" was 2018 if I remember correctly. Pushed back to 2019, then late 2019, then Q1 2020, and now....? Hopefully it can go ahead in 2020. Jeez, PPC the SP could do with PPC striking big there....

"projected Group adjusted EBITDA for the full year of some US$20 million." - This estimate was published at end of Sept, when the oil prices were fixed by Argentine Gov. Since then oil revenues received by PPC up by 20% as a result of end of price fixing, and also BOPD out put up by 500 so if anything the Actual EBITDA should be higher than the forecast.

It's a 16KM pipeline, and work started on 1st November. 8 men laying pipes. Each pipe aprox 4 metres, I reckon you could get 50 pipes in a truckload, = 200M. If they can do that every day = 80 days effort to lay the pipes.

Rocksolid- "really frustrating" seems fair enough. I'm sitting on a decent size paper loss, it's frustrating as I could've made decent profit elsewhere, but, I can't predict the future and based on information available, I don't think PPC was or is a bad bet. For me it's an undervalued share, the company is growing, the SP will improve a lot too. I just hope that the SP increases significantly soon. My concern is not IF PPC will turn a very good profit, as I'm sure it will, my only concern is when. E.g. For me the SP needs to increase before my wife & daughter really need more £££. For now, I'm holding on to my savings, and they can have a couple pairs of shoes less. But pushing back is getting harder! C'mon PPC, let's go big in Paraguay Q1 2020, and we can have a £1 SP party and as many pairs of shoes as anybody wants! £1 too much? 50p then? 25p? Haha!! Fingers crossed. GLA......

Good question Northern. PPC were at 10p at start of last year. Since then:

I prefer Macri to Fernandez, but it's not like Macri's economic policies were doing great for Argentina. But good to see Fernandez saying Argentina will comply with the debt obligations. Maybe Fernandez can surprise us all and actually improve the situation in Argentina. It's a (very) strange political world these days after all...

The Angostura acquisition completed today was just a rubber stamping exercise but in these times a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, so this is definitely good news.

Northern- Hopefully President can keep providing updates with positive news and the SP can really improve from here.

Brasso- You have over 1M shares now? Haha! For a man who has made his misgivings about this company known, that's a brave move.

I really think/hope 4p was the bottom. That this share is undervalued. There is a road map in place to grow oil & gas production exponentially in Argentina. Louisiana looks set to continue adding to the bottom line. And who knows, maybe something will happen in Paraguay. And maybe one day this share will make us all rich! Here's hoping anyway....

21st October - President Energy said it had agreed to acquire an exploration contract in the Rio Negro province of Argentina from Compania General De Combustibles.

1st November- President Energy said it was ready to flow gas to the Argentinian market through a pipeline from its Estancia Vieja and Las Bases fields. Production in Louisiana up 175%.

14th November- Expiry of Decree 566 - oil prices return to normal.

C'mon SP let's make a move.......

Great news about controls being lifted.

It's very annoying how this effected the SP though. PPC was trading at 7p before controls were put in place and dropped to 4p as a result of this. Now controls lifted if everything else is ceteris paribus the SP should go back to the same price it was before I.e. = 7p

Actually, not everything else is equal, as in this time, PPC have started selling gas, and taken on more acreage and increased BOPD output by 175% in Louisiana so the logically the SP should be much higher.

Pity that's not how it works though. Very undervalued stock now IMHO. Hopefully people realise this and Buys can come in and get the SP moving back up.....

Gas = +175 BOEPD commencing Monday. Going to +600 when the Angostura block is complete. Current ETA for that is January. Nice! Solid result(s) there.

Louisiana- Great to hear about the recovery there. Triche well is back up to 220 BOPD, and overall Louisiana has gone from 75BOPD to 275 BOPD.

Argentina Oil prices paid to the producer= Rise by 5%. It all helps!

Rocksolid- That's a good call. PPC are based on a very low multiple of earnings at the moment so there's definitely money to be made here. However, news this year is likely to be start of Gas sales, perhaps possible workover results form Louisiana, and then any Argentine updates. Any/all of these would only move the SP up a little bit, so makes sense to wait until you're 100% sure the tide has turned before investing.

I'm already all in here, so I'm hoping the SP can increase a lot soon. But if I wasn't invested, I'd probably wait and see what the next RNS brings 1st....
