Your reply refers to forthcoming and imminent but I can I ask how you would describe to everyone's satisfaction the length of a piece of string when all that you know is that you will get given that piece of string? Surely you can see they cannot provide an answer to an unknown as in the actual date it will arrive? The fact is, imo, it is extremely meaningful because it states that the licence has been assured by the government bodies!

Honestly there are dozens of questions we could ask but I don't see what more they can give us at this stage, if I did I would be asking them.

When asked for a date they give a guidance and are lambasted if it doesn't come through because people take as gospel. If they give nothing, they are lambasted for withholding information! Imho people need to be more realistic about how business works. It's like planning the shortest route London to Glasgow. I wonder how many days we could actually make that journey without some sort of obstacle slowing us down or diverting us off the road?

They will indeed need approvals Pete as I have said a few times before but not until the work is complete. Those approvals will be standard practice anywhere in the world when connecting up to a countries supply line. A date will have to be agreed along with the range of testing to be done. Those things can't be agreed until the work is successfully done so it is clear to me that the two processes are entirely separate

The point is here that there is no deceit in the company statement. It is true they do not need approvals for the remedial work and perforation to be carried out. There is no lie!

As for the EGM they originally hoped to hold it by September and we know from various reports they had hoped to receive the licence on numerous occasions since. It is quite obvious again that this forced their hand somewhat as we've gone over time and time again. There is nothing the company could've or can do to control the licence arrival date and it's my view there was no attempt to deceive shareholders over this.

Well you are welcome to your opinion random but for me the reason we are below 1.50 is we are being toyed with on the back of trading days with little or no volume. We haven't done a million yet today and only seven trades so you can hardly call that a market.

That is very true, things do move on and the nature of the business can change things daily, however company comments are far more reliable and useful to me than unfounded speculation and personal opinion.

Welcome Joe. I would hope it would as it will be the green light for the action to begin. However we have a rinse and repeat crew working here and I think a lot will depend on how much new money we can attract in at the time.

The real action of course should start when a spud date is announced for CH1 but before then we have the licence - The farm-out completion - hopefully Kilwani success etc. so lots of potential rises in between. If things go to plan I would be looking for a mid to late spring Spud date. maybe June/July drill to site dependent.

And that licence has been assured GL. It is only the release date that we await.

Two small sells can make this drop with the low volumes we've been getting and the moment it does Mr angrys come out overreacting and those with vested interests egg them on.
