RE: 6 weeks gone14 Feb 2019 14:05
Random its not me that's going in circles. ""The point is here that there is no deceit in the company statement" that's because there's nothing concrete in the statement, as you've been told several times, the statements are meaningless! "Forthcoming" to most people means, imminent or about to happen, we're past that stage now given it was what 5 weeks ago or something that they first posted that? "
Your reply refers to forthcoming and imminent but I can I ask how you would describe to everyone's satisfaction the length of a piece of string when all that you know is that you will get given that piece of string? Surely you can see they cannot provide an answer to an unknown as in the actual date it will arrive? The fact is, imo, it is extremely meaningful because it states that the licence has been assured by the government bodies!
Just as I asked Pete which of the following he considered lies (He answered) So I will ask you which statements here (apart from the one I have answered above) that you consider are meaningless?
"Aminex is currently funded and does not need further approval for the ongoing remedial work over Kiliwani (which includes well maintenance, fluid lifting and perforation) and it remains in the best interest of all parties to produce gas as quickly as possible".
"The Company has been assured by relevant government authorities that the extension is forthcoming and will update the markets once formalised".
"The farmout fully carries Aminex through multiple wells (including CH-1), seismic and infrastructure. As well as the $3MM payable on Completion and the $2MM 180 days thereafter, the Company will be able to back charge operational activity on Ruvuma to 15 March 2018 (effective date of the farmout)".
"Following the drilling of CH-1, the Ntorya Field will be considered for production potential, whereby a 3d seismic survey will fully evaluate the resources and the most efficient and cost-effective way to develop the field".
"The Company has finalised the Chikumbi-1 executive drilling and completions programmes, has identified and selected the service companies required to operate all aspects of drilling and, based on a competitive tender process, has selected Sakson Drilling and Oil Services DMCC to drill the Chikumbi-1 well".
"The deeper Jurassic target is exploratory and does have potential to contain liquids, however the Company’s basin model assumes it is gas".
I'll be leaving it at that
