There has been NO agreement reached as yet and if there had, it would be a matter for an RNS. Currently it is an either or option that is all and has been expressed verbally so by DS on numerous occasions.

Also, If they do not pay it is written into the agreement that any monies overdue can be taken from their share of production. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

No issues countering the over hype but in this case the figures stack up well all assuming of course that delays if any are kept to weeks rather than months. We don't want to be burning cash on tick over costs.

BTW have we heard when we go back into production with the previous wells? Every little helps

Woody it's all about timing.

If we produce at the rates stated and as said from April we will be receiving $1m nett per month from May or $2m if SNPC don't pay up before hand.

If we then go as pencilled with a spud in Aug by then we will have either of the following...

$4m + $9.5 = 13.5m If they pay up add another $3m for the 3 month period the drill is turning = $15.5m

$8m if they don't plus another $6m for 3 month drill turning period = $14m

As we have recently raised the funds to cover us to 103 production as the reason was given and we have already received a further 600k so I think the above figure should be enough to cover 104 drill and with incoming amounting to $1m or $2m per month ongoing, financing any overrun should not be a problem.

As said timing is the thing and it will be down to whether Schlumberger can provide the fracking equipment early April as they had indicated. If that is delayed a few weeks then we can just delay 104 by a similar amount imo rather than do a raise. Certainly a few weeks delay would be my preference in that scenario

On the producing front I take your point but I do see it both ways because we are a producer, although admittedly not right now because we have an issue. As this issue has been a long time being sorted I fully understand your view about it perhaps not being there but we can't keep paying for a new web design every time we have (what was hoped to be) a short term problem.

Additionally on that point from a research point of view I personally don't read too much into the glossy covers but more into what is in the quotes. i.e. the background information that is clear to see for those who research properly.

Ours is just opinion and only they have the facts. How they portray those facts is what we have to decide for ourselves as to whether there are smoke and mirrors in play. It is my opinion that the Bod have perhaps done a little of that in not making it clear that we have been entirely in the hands of the government earlier on BUT if I remember right it was brought back from the last Irish AGM by yourself that they were restricted in what they could say and couldn't even officially say it at the time. IMO I think they have given as much as they could.

Mr Hardnose it is a politician who answers a question with another question, however I do think they have communicated. The fact that it hasn't progressed as well as was intended is down to the government and nothing to do with the Bod telling lies. In fact is there a lie in the following? I don't believe so. Disappointment all around in lack of ability to fulfil, too right, but no lies that I can see!

It is not a matter of believing what the Bod say. It is a situation where they can only tell us what they know or what they expect to happen given the information provided to them.

Now of course they can say Fook the shareholders, we'll tell them nothing and tbh they might just as well do that given that people complain if they do and complain if they don't.

People on here seem to take great delight in trying to interpret everything the Bod say as a lie, when all they are in fact trying to do is inform us what they can about a situation they don't have full control of.

Do people want them to do that so we can make your own minds up or would they sooner invest blind with no informational guidance at all? I would certainly sooner have their information than some of the opiniated stuff I read on here. Not that it is all worthless, there are some valuable contributions on both sides but the official stuff is more valuable to me!

So the situation is that the government have assured Aminex that the licence will be awarded. By definition this means it is forthcoming.

I get the frustration people feel about the constant delays (I feel it too) but surely by now everyone knows and accepts that these delays have not been of the companies making. However, as some don't, can they explain how Aminex should have informed the shareholders of the situation to their own satisfaction? It seems to me that for some the company can't do right whatever they do.
