Mr Hardnose it is a politician who answers a question with another question, however I do think they have communicated. The fact that it hasn't progressed as well as was intended is down to the government and nothing to do with the Bod telling lies. In fact is there a lie in the following? I don't believe so. Disappointment all around in lack of ability to fulfil, too right, but no lies that I can see!
