I may be wrong but personally I think it was an ill thought out fire fight reaction to last nights after hours 2million sell in an effort to prevent us taking a battering today. If that was the case I commend them for showing some support but they just didn't get it right and I believe they realise that.

It is pleasing to see us holding the 1.20 sp even though there have been continuos18 sells at sub or around £100 made in what seems like an effort to break that barrier. Let us hope it stands

The fact Camarco have put it back to their team, shows they accept there has been a huge gaff made.

I emailed Camerco team, copied in their manager & Jay. They have responded (in 1hr 5mins) that they have put the tweet out in response to many requests for Kiliwani information which the tweet was "Meant to resolve". They have now put this back to the team and are accepting my email under advisement. (I can only assume by advisement they mean Jay has got involved) I have further responded informing them that a strong supporter of the company (no names) has today called for Jays head and let them know that This PR Gaff needs to be rectified quickly.

Mather I've wrote to Camarco & copied in Jay, expressing my anger at such a shoddy piece of PR. I hold them as a PR company responsible as they are paid to advise on these matters.

I wouldn't necessarily agree with that Mather but that is certainly the way they have made it appear by this shoddy piece of PR. A real foot in mouth attempt to keep holders up to date imo

Where is the life? @AminexPLC I'm a big supporter but this is the worst piece of PR I've seen in a long time. To quell bad feelings about lack of action at Kiliwani you can't post old stock site photos. You must show people at work! Digital = photos online in minutes! No excuses!

Toby only in last few days I posted an article about local content being relaxed in the mining industry less than a year after being brought into force. This was the area that caused the problems initially but I'm not sure that matter would be holding us up. Time will tell. Not heard this estimate of nine agencies involved, can you say where that information comes from? It's my understanding direct from TPDC that it is in the ministers hands. Of course there will be environmental issues and planning to consider so I'll not be surprised if that figure proves correct. They'll be plenty looking to gain kudos from the success of this project can bring to the country and they have elections coming next year too.

You talk rubbish about being totally flawed, your position might be better at this moment but you got lucky that the government has delayed everything and you don't get a badge for that. It's only half time at the moment and the fat lady isn't singing just yet. Holding shares can be a roller coaster as some here found out in its long distant past, were you not one of them? You should remember, I am an investor and not a trader, so on that basis come back and tell me my position is flawed when CH1 and FFD gets underway. If I'm not quids in by then I'll accept my judgement was wrong but not until. I still believe this is a strong buy right now but I might get some more a touch lower before the second half begins.

Others can decide for themselves how it reads.

I don't think we are so far apart and that is why I used the term "Overall thinking". We both know what is going on and what needs to be done so I believe we do understand the business.

I also said in that post that we differed in our approach.

You have pulled away and been negatively cautious all the way along and you included on Monday in a fairly negatively edged comment that you would "not put another penny in" but then today just as you said it might, the price drops and bingo you announce two buys this morning! I dont blame you for that because its a bloody good price! However it shows that what you do and what you say are two different things.

My approach has been to buy as it dropped and I have done so all the way down because I feel I will make money on it all and I didn't see it dropping anywhere near this level. My last purchase was 1/4m at 1.35 but I didn't buy this morning because I feel at the moment, I might still get a better price.

On "Coaxing" I'm glad you say coaxing rather the ramping because as above, I have put my money where my mouth is all along. As it happens if I'd hadn't, I would have a lot more shares right now but then I could with hindsight also have sold up at nearly 8p but that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. The point is that I haven't pushed anybody towards what I haven't done myself so I've been true to my word :0))
