Over time I've always found that those with real class and money you'd never guess because they never "wear" it or talk about it ....... some people just can't help bragging even when you're not interested

Ok I realise this is over simplistic but with regards to raising funds via equity..... surely we are in the box seat ( to some extent) seeing that we have something that is presumably widely coveted.
So can we not say to the likes of BHP / NCM ... we need say $100m we want to raise it at ( for example) 60 pence as our major shareholders we thought we’d offer it to you , if you don’t want to pay it there are others who will. Then they can’t complain they were left out in the cold and their existing stake will naturally rerate at the same time

No problem with Nick , just simply saying the news flow was almost daily as were the tweets , everything changed .... simply speculating as to the reason for this clear change of tack ..... something happened.... we just don’t know what

Though frustrated by the lack of news flow, I’m increasingly convinced there is something very big and fundamentally story changing going on in the background. We know there is news backed up , just after the AGM the news dried up the tweets stopped and ( other than Nick’s almost apology the other day) we haven’t heard a single word from the board.
The details of what is happening remain a guessing game for now , just got the feeling this is going to blow in the not too distant future....

To be fair this was almost 4 weeks ago , just prior to the AGM and the news was flowing on a regular basis. Nick got the support he needed ..... then nada
I’m willing to wait this out and see a conclusion in the not too distant future but some acknowledgment from the company that we still exist would be nice .

Dart JV is most likely now in my view and the conciliatory tone of Nick’s recent interview added to the fact that we appear not to have taken up the extra 50m on offer from Franco, would suggest this is now a distinct possibility.
My own preference ( assuming the tax liability is not too punitive) would be to sell Alpala for say a quid ...50p dividend offered to investors leaving more than enough funds to fund our drilling campaign for years to come, and reducing the need for any serious dilution ....... in the meantime zzzzz

Fortunately for me Q and myself agreed to filter each other a couple of months ago so as not to clog up the board with drivel ..... we agreed to disagree and I’m sure neither of us are “ spineless enough” not to go back on that ...... I can say hand on heart I’ve bot read a single post of his and have no intention of doing so ..... hopefully he’s kept his word too .
The only reason I know he’s commented is that he’s the only one left on filter

For me it’s fairly binary re the recent conciliatory references NM has made to BHP & NCM ( though I suspect more aimed at BHP )
Either he’s giving us a the heads up on a change of tack or he’s setting them up to be offered a decent chunk but at a premium.... if they turn it down he can say at least they had the chance ..... I’m sure there are others more than happy to pay up for a decent chunk in this story
