Monty this business has all the characteristics of failure written al over it. They are even failing to hold on to customers they picked up in the south and south west. There needs to be a very radical step change here if this concept is to ever get off of the ground.

That is in fact the problem, the management seem to have completely lost control of existing customer base, expansion plans, and even the recent recruitment drive appears nothing short of disaster. No worthwhile additions have been made in customer numbers. We can only guess what they are all doing at the moment because nothing at all is being added to the customer base.

With respect Monty, I believe that you and many others have been mislead here, that includes me, and we are probably heading for a sticky end. Maybe this could be avoided with some new blood at the top because the present management are incapable of representing the concept to the trade, as borne out by the very poor results.

They could be worth a lot less when you next reach into that bottom draw!!
