you will see that I suggested that the sp was about to slide into the high 2ps

it did! It actually went to 2.8p. As regards the 10p for 2020 it would be nice.

You must however, should admit the pace of new sign ups is dismal

if the past is anything to go by we will lose a third of these sign ups within three months,

as per down south.

200 in September is merely a pipe dream

We actually need sign-ups not a list of towns throughout GB
