With respect Monty, I think it is normal investor behaviour to expect the company to provide information which enables one to assess the companies progress. As you point out it is not possible to use the app for this purpose because not all restaurants are live on it at any one time.
I like the idea that the company has promised regular updates and feel strongly that these must include an indication of progress with the signing up of restaurants. It is not enough to simply state that we are live in Bristol or Southampton because, according to some posters, we only have a few signed up in Bristol. If that is the case, relative to Bournemouth, it is not really live yet. I use that example to demonstrate the need for numbers. I cannot be sure that there are only a handful of restaurants in Bristol. Only the company have that information
However, it is information that should be included in the promised updates in order for investors to assess the worth of their investment. I am not de-ramping the stock, I regard myself as a long term investor, simply requesting more information than we are getting.
I do not lack patience and nor does any other serious investor I know. So, I have an abundance of patience but a shortage of authentic numbers. This is a shortcoming that can easily be rectified.
