Understand sellers at this level. Unless it's still holders from before the RNS, but looking at the trades so many of the amounts are so small it seems strange that these are impacting the share price so much.
Using https://www.c4xdiscovery.com/investors/shareholder-information.html it shows that 74.1% of all shares are held by directors/II. This means that only 25.9% of shares are held on the free float. Very limited amount, and I think that was reflected today in the very low volume of trades really in comparison to the number of shares in issue.
We're sitting on a market cap of £56M having had £7M in income already, with a potential of 294M USD to come (approx £210M) with royalties on top of that. Given the model of the company having now been proven I think a potential market cap in the 100s of millions is realistic and obtainable. It's especially exciting when you consider for the deal just announced no further costs will be incurred yet £210M plus royalties can be realised - that would be 100% profit and represent a 400% uplift on the current share price!
Unusually on this I see no downside, no risks. With money taken, all future costs taken by the client and future revenue streams to come. No derampers on this as well which is unusual. Amazing we're not higher!
So let me get this right, £10M up front with up to £286M to come and a market cap of £60M odd? I get it's jumped and people are taking profits but surely this is significantly under valued?
5p special dividend which represents over 10% of the current share price is impressive. Added with the share buy back, selling off of unprofitable part of the business and reduction in pension deficit this company really is on the up.
I was surprised myself! I looked at the maximum I could buy at the cheapest price which was 3 million. Then found I could buy 2 more batches of 1.5 million each before the buy price went up to 0.14. Even 0.14 is crazy cheap in my mind!
Nothing has changed ladies and gents! We still have a stellar product with HUGE potential. If you're looking for day flips look elsewhere, but over at Hemo we're looking to change the world of cancer and pharmaceuticals forever.
There's no shake and nothing to worry about. Volumes have dried up and the actual spread is 7.36 Vs 7.67. I'm happy to sit on these. If it gets to 9.5p I'd sell just for the ease but before that there's nothing to worry about but sitting and waiting to make a hefty return. Honestly if this drops to 0.01p it would make no difference as we've got the offer!
