You can add me to the list, I now hold 230,000 shares.
Many bought in at low levels. Others have ridden the rise. It was never going to be a straight rise, this is also very temporary today. If a bid materialises it is highly likely to be at least 50% up from here so if you're a holder chill out. If you're not seize the moment to top up!
Takeover price by Virgin valuing the company at £100m. This would represent fair value based on the challenges faced by Flybe alongside debt levels in the context of the value of their assets including Heathrow slots etc. I anticipate the board of Flybe to accept. I don't expect a bidding war to push this to some of the prices quoted. Min-max range of 40-60p IMO.
Scully it's interesting to read your posts on here after seeing you ramp Flybe like crazy. I'm actually a holder in Flybe and not here at present but to see how completely lopsided you are on shares is crazy.
Shorters driving this down, panic selling by small holders makes it worse. As soon as a real sniff of an offer comes out it'll fly and those selling out at a loss now will be living with regret. Realistic price? About 40p IMO
This has been the case constantly. Being driven down consciously not really based on market sentiment. I expect someone is loading up.
I think £100M+ market cap is realistic on these results.
Half year after tax at £7.4M, full year around £15M. Market cap of only £25M? Seems to be a huge upside from here.

9.1/10 rating.
Diamond, why would the SP drop from current levels to 0.1p? What would suddenly make the company valued so much less than its current value? Finally, why are you spending so much time and energy on this board on a share you're not invested in? Are you trying to win a nobel prize for being so kind hearted?
Oh and for Diamond - this is taken from the September prospectus: "In August 2018, the Company signed two significant wholesale contracts with resellers, with the larger of these expected to deliver £3.5 million of additional revenue over the initial the year term of the agreement." So only one contract was worth £1.2 million a year. If the margin on that is 20% then that's worth £240k in profit a year. That's one contract just for August. The latest RNS states it's a record month - I.e. bigger than this. I've read the facts - I suggest you do too!
AH owns 28.25 million shares - currently worth around £85k. Given the company market cap is less than £3M that's quite a sizeable holding. Miss G your statement on him not holding shares is entirely incorrect.
In which case, why are you posting on here? You're spending hours of your life to argue with people about a share you're not even invested in.
Diamond you still haven't answered my question. What's your agenda here? Are you shorting or are you trying to get a lower buy in?
Diamond why would the SP drop from 0.33 to 0.1p? Why would we need placing? The CEO has said he expects us to not need further placing and these figures demonstrate that great progress is being made. What's your agenda here? Shorting or just giving us your 'opinion' from the goodness of your heart? The only one making themselves look stupid here is you. I've read your posts for several weeks claiming this will fall, it hasn't. The only reason you'd want it to is if you're shorting or wanting a low buy in. Be honest.
Simply no Diamond. You're making figures up to suit your deramping which has failed to date. Thought we'd be at 0.1p this week? New contracts and business growth is a good thing. The fact that this is again a record month is only a good thing! How you can try and spin this RNS as bad is laughable and just exposes your agenda.
It's a fair point on the spread over 24 months, but I think your calcs are low. Given the latest reports showed margins at 20%+ and this is meant to be better I'd expect the annual value at £25k per year which is just additional profit for October. That's still £300k profit a year! You're trying to dampen it.
This is £250k in new contracts, not total contracts. It equates to about £50k in additional profit just for the month of October. Given each month we keep going up and up the prospects are huge! At this rate we'll be turning around about £750k in new profit for the year IMO. Great position to be in and we're barely above the placing buy in! Only up from here.
Where are you little troll? Have you hidden under your rock now you've been shown to be wrong on this share?
Diamond you may yourself look so stupid it's incredible. You've been saying it'll drop for ages based on nothing and not once have you been proven correct.
