I see the trolls are out together. David, if they sold part of the asset the proceeds would go into this share balance sheet, so the money doesn't just disappear. RTN, believe what you want. Colin has been clear. You'd see a negative and distort any message to suit your agenda.

I asked Colin about the issue of share dilution by email, he has kindly responded with the following: "At the recent AGM the shareholders voted against giving the directors any discretionary ability to raise further money to invest in the project. If the strategic review doesn’t result in a transaction we would need to get shareholder approval for any fundraising to take the project forward on our own. Thanks Colin" No further dilution can take place without explicit shareholder approval. Good news.

Looks like my 549k buy was perfectly timed as there seem to have been all the buying action afterwards. So many positives to look at here. I'm expecting this to double if not triple in the coming weeks.

549k shares bought. Very low prices. No issues in waiting for this to come good, it's profitable with production in place and a proven asset in the hundreds of millions. Just a matter of time until it goes up or a buyer is found. Very surprised at anyone being impatient and selling at a loss right now.

It's great to have a good leader at the helm. Personally think we'll see 25p today.

There are many other funding options other than placing you realise?

Very strange things happening here. I made a 500k buy today shown as a sell. MMs are dropping the price even though it's all buys. Very undervalued here, can see a lot of growth potential.

Costs maybe £3M to drill a well. Depends if they finance it from the well income - i.e. as you have one up and running wait until it makes you enough money to build the next or get financing for it. They may not have to do placing etc if they go down the bank loan route which may be better with a firm income.

500bopd x 50 dollars per day profit x 32% ownership equates to £2M a year roughly in profit. Given that's for one well, and you could expect 10 wells up and running with £20M a year in profit for a market cap of around £150M which is a SP of around 4p. Now given the dilution with the £250k trances it may be a little below but I think 3-4p is realistic.

Their broker isn't shorting. Holding such a tiny amount of stock isn't significant in the slightest and has already been explained by others. What's your agenda here, are you trying to drive the price down?

Breeds selling and SP decline. Can't understand it personally. If you're invested it ought to be for positive reasons. If you're not positive then sell out and move on - simple really. The only reason to stay on here and be negative is if you're shorting.

What does trust have to do with it? If they are making a profit and have assets well over the current market cap making it hugely undervalued then trust is irrelevant.

Can't understand it at this level. Making a huge loss if you're selling now, and honestly, why? The company is profit making!

This ought to bounce back up, no reason for the continued selling.

That has been holding this back was on the commerciality of the holding. Now that's been sorted this is great news. Also think that with the funding we can use the money to develop the other great finds recently. I imagine the SP will bounce a lot today as it's such a low cap but I really do believe we'll be a much bigger company in the next few months.

What do we think? Hard to estimate based on the information given right now, but you'd expect we'll be headed towards the 1p mark based on this

£3-£8 as fair value? Incredible statement. I'm bouyed by the fact the CEO bought shares in June at 49p per share. He's sitting on over a 50% loss on those ATM, so I'm sure he'll want to see some serious rises towards that target from where we're at.

Are crazy at this level. I really don't get it. Unless there are those seeking to chase the rainbow today, but the value in this share is enormous.
