I believe the test rig was previously tested, this is just getting the larger unit operational for demonstrations. National H2 did a fair bit of research into this, HUI is dependent on this (Alex put a lot of her own money into this) and LINDE were ready to go ahead with this.

Hi All, I think SNG is dead to us smaller investors now, with such a major shareholder a delisting on the back of anything positive or even prior to that is a given.

I have lost a packet on this share and not because the product isn't good, it's mainly down to poor management. The board is a joke and I am fed up with poor CEO's..

These awards will help, they have already raised the profile of Bleepa

If you dig into the detail re. hydrogen production in Australia, most the concerns are around the volatility of hydrogen. Also most people saw it as a good thing.

I believe there are methods to turn hydrogen into a slush material for transporting on vessels and there are commercial power backup systems using hydrogen to store energy.

I think once there are commercially available hubs, much of these issues will dwindle away, petrol is fairly explosive as is gas but you don't see people dumping their petrol cars or stop using gas.

Anything new faces challenges but for PHE its more about creating clean energy from waste, which is good for all of us and our beloved planet.

We need plastic to become a commodity product to help rid our oceans of all this waste. PHE is a major part of this solution and like the good old days when you use to get money back for returning your pop bottles we will hopefully see the same for plastic waste.

There is a focus on quicker turnarounds and Bleepa should do well out of this. The one question now is that what can be stripped back at Feedback to reduce overheads and increase software development budgets.

Based on the last RNS, presume we will get an update soon. I'll be charging up my EV to drive to the demonstration for sure...

Last RNS: The "hot" commissioning / testing phase will now commence and run throughout January 2025. PHE will hold open days to showcase the FTU and the Company's technology in late February.

Hi Hatter, if TFG sell the company, we will get a portion of that sale based on our shareholding. It would be in their interests to make a decent offer if they want to buy back our shares which they would do if the trials go well (no reason why not).

Fundamentally this is a good product, just poor management which is typical of companies like this, although I can't see TFG standing on the sidelines...

Hi SB I would like them to do a 100->1 share conversion as there are just to many shares in circulation

However, TFG could apply with over 75% share holding to delist from AIM.

If this happens us investors won't be able to sell our shares unless TFG wants to buy them (if trials go well this would be the case)

I think the RNS is a bit confusing, looks like they are delisting the additional shares that did not meet the subscription conditions, could be wrong as not clear...

The important thing about this partnership is that Avioxx have government backing, not sure about us selling off our test rig although imagine once the order is in we will order another unit (not that it matters if its working for Avioxx).

Yes, they didn't hit the target amount. However based on todays SP the fundraise of £18m is already worth £1.2m less.

I think we should take some heart that a VC firm is investing so heavily in Synairgen, although agree there needs to changes to the management, which one expects will happen now as TFG effectively own Synairgen...

Looks like TGF are 100% behind Synairgen now, lets hope there optimism pays off (86% holding)

Maybe look at the filed accounts, cash position between 22-23 dropped by 1.5m, leaving 4.35m cash. Rough calculation suggests money until end of year at least (taking into consideration the Engsolve deal and patent resolution).
