• Lot 4: Overlay, User Experience, and Support (user interface platforms, support services, system harmonisation)

• No minimum turnover required

When we have no plastic bottles or tyre's to burn to produce our hydrogen then I'll be concerned. For now I am going to up my investment whilst the sp is going down.

The government are rewriting parts of the NPPF to allow for more wind farms and houses, these will come online. The biggest issue with wind / solar power is storing the power you generate and converting to/from hydrogen or other fuels isn't economical. In a recent storm we sold electricity to France.

With DMG you have a 24 hour supply of syngas so its a positive and not sure the UK's carbon capture will be enough for all that coal.

PHE will happen, it just needs its first real break and the working furnace is a step in the right direction. Looks like the SP is recovering today from the early losses (make it 2:1 in terms of buys vs sells)

So the tech works (as we knew it would), there are irons in the fire but nothing significant to report short term.

Guessing Engsolve revenue is irrelevant in the scheme of things but we need clients to come online to start to generate good revenue.

TBF most AIM companies have something that works but the lack of firm opportunities is what holds them back, does anyone know what LINDT are doing now and HUI in terms of PHE?

Still a good hold for me although not surprised some people are taking profits and getting out rather than waiting around (it will only take one firm order to change the landscape and the tie-up through Avioxx to the UK government may prove the most important deal of all)

No rush the new articles set up the company to go private, although us minority shareholders (the new funding saw to that) would have good cause to object to these. Maybe its something we should do sooner rather than later...

Would be interesting to see them implement these articles. They basically give the board carte blanche on disposing of any shares.

Positive RNS and another patent, lets hope the analysts are more positive than the market. The SP should be up over 10% today and yet there is very little movement.

Guessing the second RNS will help...

There has been a lot of chat about the whites but they own 16%, that leaves 84% on the table. Most AIM shares get played by small buys / sells, not seen massive share buys/sells to warrant a low price.

I expect the SP will change once analysts see the working product and there is more positivity

Trump is at heart a misguided businessman and it speaks volumes that Elon Musk is his right hand man. Its obvious to see that like with Gaza, Trump beats up the smaller man to make the aggressor seem like his as a friend (aka Israel / Russia).

Most of the involvement from the good old USA has always been about the betterment of the USA, not mankind (look at Iraq), guess Trump is the first one to spell this out.

Lets see how this plays out but my money is Trump won't want to pull out of NATO due to the cost and loss of allies plus he won't do a deal direct with Russia. Good example though of how when you shout people do listen, maybe PHE should try the same (albeit a more crafted positive message)..

It shows you what power investors have in companies, BP were pushed into this decision as those greedy investors wanted better returns in a shorter time span...

Trump - I think he's playing a dangerous game with Ukraine / Russia when it comes to minerals, if he doesn't get a deal of Ukraine will he really entertain a deal with Russia from ill gotten gains and face condemnation from the rest of the world...

Personally I think if the test rig wasn't working within accepted parameters then they would have postponed the capital markets day (only a fool would risk showing something that didn't work).

I suspect we will need more funding but this will be off the back of new deals where we are expected to have some skin in the game.
