If you look back at the various communications, PHE have always been open that NH2 want them to have some skin in the game. Not sure why you don't think this is a good thing as this will mean recurring revenue.

I imagine the RNS will mean more funding but this is the nature of AIM companies as they build a pipeline...

TP so the fact we are moving forward on the NH2 deal means nothing?

I think Paul and the team are doing the right things and we are starting to get more RNS items, which is positive.

Hi Dusty, market abuse is a criminal offence, once a couple of individuals are sentenced I think discussion boards like this will be far better for everyone. It could also be a cause of concern for lse.co.uk as currently all views go unchecked...

This is massive news for this deal as Australians have been against hydrogen and this clears the way. Once we have one plant up and running the spa will jump significantly.

HUI have to still overcome their main investor owning a cannabis factory, good luck with that one

Understand that HUI dropped the cannabis farm to get middle eastern acceptance but Howard still owns this and he is the chair of HUI. If Howard drops his role and investment which is probably what will be needed HUI would go bump.

Lets see if we get more RNS statements as we have had a couple now (Patents, Engsolve), just need a PHE contract awarded!

Moab, Engsolve is our equivalent of HUI's cannabis operation, the only differences are that Engsolve is a complementary business that is ethical :)

Odd the SP went up...

As someone more in the know than me said, the price is dictated by the market makers and every buy is a sell by someone else. SP lower as people willing to sell, at lease its a slower sell than last time (32% in one day)!

The SP increase is more around news not a placing...

The RNS also uses the word "potential", seemed to have overlooked that one

Hi StockCheque, not a troll, I assure you, just getting wise to how these penny shares work. Just sold 100,000 shares, I'll watch and take small pickings while I can.

StockCheck, you have a point re. cannabis and these countries not wanting to deal with them but thinking that through won't they object to the main funder / Chairman being the owner of a cannabis producing company?

Just be cautious in that Howard jumped from PHE and that most of the White family have stuck with PHE, as a follower of both stocks its easy to get pulled in to these SP increases, if you make a profit, don't wait to long before you sell...

I sold a few today, this share seems to go up and down like a yoyo with the slightest bit of news.

Curious as to why didn't go ahead with the cannabis deal as this was supposed to support the company whilst treading water, which although wasn't a good fit, it did provide a revenue stream...
