Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
The antibody in question is conjugated to the microparticles. The antigen-affimer complex binds to the conjugated microparticles via the antibody on the microparticle. There is also an antibody immobilised as the control line which will bind to the microparticle-antibody conjugate when the particles flow past the control line. Likely to be an anti-mouse antibody line that will for example bind to a mouse anti-covid antibody which is conjugated to the microparticles.
The test is a "sandwich" assay. It requires both an antibody and an affimer to sandwich the covid antigen if it's present in the sample. If the specificity of the antibody to the omicron antigen is not good enough then it won't matter how good the affimer is.

Worth reading this news. I'm sure we're on their radar as well as it being positive news awaiting our own approval
Yes. If you have a look at my posting history I have never had an agenda on any of the shares I hold. Genuinely just wanted to see what people's thoughts are outside of the private groups. Did you think we were going to get some news on TM today?
Do you think mfdevco are going for a different brazilian field? There has been a lot of information and then tweets coinciding with news on bondholders etc. So to not be involved does suggest they haven't got the deal does it not? Please if you have other info or suggestions let me know as I have no agenda other than hoping my investment comes good
I think that's the joke of it. I am in medical science as you put it, and the news was brilliant. As brilliant as it could've been after the initial trial failure anyway!
Really? Those results were never going to be out until later this year. You might be right, genuinely don't get it. I'll be trying to get in early before the intellectually challenged have it explained to them in the interviews!
Still no idea how this dropped today on that news! I'm not even invested here either. So puzzling
Really positive update this afternoon. I don't get what people were expecting- the best result possible would've been that they've identified why the drug didn't work as expected and can remedy the issue. Which they can. This should fly tomorrow and I'll be buying in. No idea how this fell!
Hi Elartu, I follow the company closely, and also don't think there'll be a problem with fda approval. On your point about approval and the TexRAD software employed within the stonechecker product, it would definitely be easier if this software had previously been used within a product, but all fda submissions are product specific so this is not a necessity and would only have helped by making the process smoother. I work within diagnostics and we have a technology which is used on tests, and this undergoes a new fda submission for each product it goes into. It obviously helps that we've been through the process previously, but each product is treated differently and assessed thoroughly as it's own product. 510k submissions are slightly different in that they are assessing against a predicate, which makes the process easier again. Not sure if this helps but these are the reasons I don't see that as an issue
Would there have been the option to suspend until the Brazilian market opens if there was to be an announcement? The buys in both nuog and dommo does point to something big so hoping an rns arrives!
I agree. Just making the point that it isn't that no pharma companies are interested, it's that they haven't got a deal over the line for whatever reason. It does seem as though this is the tipping point, now or never time. Still seeing the agenda fuelled posts on here and the usual suspects bashing the share. Obviously the bod keep providing ammunition but it's obvious to see why some are on here
Didn't the tweet last night say Simon would be catching up with Alison next week now? Basically as she was too busy (reading between the lines)
Adam, in the recent interview the term "advanced negotiations" was used - or at least that's what I have in my notes as I'm in work. Whilst that's not in the RNS, that what be deliberately misleading investors if not true, and it did seem to be a step further than previous updates. After the mentions of JV and licence options on the table for 401, this has kept me hanging on hoping the next instalment isn't another placing..
I think it's important to have both points of view on this board, and whilst I am optimistic, this share has really tested my patience (and I haven't been here anywhere near as long as most). There do seem to be a few posters however that switch positive to negative at the drop of a hat, and back again, which they can only be doing for their own financial gain.

GE leading the way in AI, and I'm sure are keeping an eye on our FDA progress with Stonechecker.
I believe George said we are comfortable financially, but the headroom was to ensure they can raise if they need to. It's all about being able to show who they are negotiating with that they don't have to take the first deal that's put in front of them. I agree it's a possibility as stated by him but it's not true to state there will definitely be a placing. Unless he lied obviously
I agree, really positive. Clearly states "advanced negotiations continue to JV or licence" on 401 with "both options on the table". No ambiguity there.
Interviews like this will also serve as a push in the right direction to negotiating partners, in that there is interest from a number of parties. Again on 401 US, Europe, India and China mentioned.
I've followed your story and recent news on this share with interest, and hope it all works out for everyone.
One question I was hoping someone could provide information on was how can someone secretly accumulate so many shares? Is the theory that they could've done so through different funds etc?
Has anyone heard anything after the meeting yesterday?Website still down which I would've thought was the only way to communicate any developments at the moment
