I agree. Really good interview. Looking to start buying here in the next few days and been following news flow since Christmas. They seem to be building a great company here, and sales within Europe will start the take off here prior to fda approval!

How long do applications such as this normally take to come to a conclusion? The suspense on this is killing me!

Reading the rns again, it sounds like he's saying that they are not ready to announce an acquisition, but that because if the time constraints, they have to start the process if applying for main exchange now. The fact that they are still evaluating acquisitions seems to suggest that transgas is probably off though. Maybe and a big maybe at this stage, something big could be coming. I find it very strange they'd even apply otherwise as it would be an easy rejection

I completely agree with that. That's the only reason I'm hoping he has something behind the scenes worthy of a listing in the main market. Wouldn't he have just stayed quiet otherwise?

Can they actually list on the main market without an acquisition taking place? If not, wouldn't the regulators want to see something concrete rather than admitting a cash shell with no prospects?

If this is all going through without a glitch then he's certainly got a funny way if treating shareholders

Have you looked at any comparisons of sales within this market? Read the rns' and trying to get a feel for the company so any previous research or pointers would be helpful at this stage!

Completely agree. Anyone had any further info from Gerwyn? Hard to switch off from a share with such exciting potential! Been a fair few weeks for the valuation

How likely is a consolidation, and what ratio could we be looking at? Not that familiar with the possibilities in the RTO, but believe in the company and holding into suspension. Rightly or wrongly!

Reading the statement "by the 12th" seems to imply today is the last day ahead of suspension

Looking at it now on that website, the recent transactions section does look extremely leaky. Does anyone expect this to be suspended an announcement of the takeover if this goes ahead? Been in for a while now at 0.1, but keen to see a resolution!

That was on their website yesterday, so with the same reasoning we should've had the rns today. Must admit though it is a bit strange
