well im down about 80% on this stock already. theyve really got things wrong with the share price and also now theyve said they need to raise, just not good.

did anyone in that interview bother to ask about the sharp price drop and the losses>?

why would it move?? its just a promotion basically. To move this stock we need a $25m contract announced, we need a contract that dwarves the current mcap.

· Loss before taxation of £4.6 million (Restated 2021: £2.7 million). For 2022 and the adjusted 2021 comparative numbers, R&D tax credits are included in Tax and are no longer included in Other Operating Income as in previous years

· Loss before taxation using the 2021 presentation was £3.8m (2021: £2.4 million)

· Total loss for the year £3.4m, after £1.1m of tax credit.

lol he didnt bother to mention the massive losses or drop in the share price in that presentation then.

eeerrrrr gazzleberry, something ive noticed over 9 years on aim now for me, is Time is not kind to aim companies, the more time goes on, the more u always get a downwards price action on aim. so its not about loading up tbh. loading up is a classic aim error.

seems vls used sumitomo mitsui before in 2017.

there must be a leak somewhere online somewhere revealing which bank is trying to raise for this project, get searching folks

yeah but it sai BY april. we are 21 April now. so either we have news incoming or theres a delay in getting that private funding

Award of £27m grant for Altalto Immingham Sustainable Aviation Fuel project



Significant non-dilutive project funding from UK Government Advanced Fuels Fund to advance UK Altalto Immingham reference project





Velocys plc (VLS.L), the sustainable fuels technology company, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Altalto Immingham Ltd., has been awarded a grant of up to £27 million from the UK Department for Transport's ("DfT") Advanced Fuels Fund for the Altalto Immingham Sustainable Aviation Fuel ("SAF") project. The purpose of this project, which is being developed under an existing Joint Development Agreement between Velocys and British Airways PLC ("British Airways") is to deliver a commercial waste-to-SAF plant in Immingham, UK. The grant will allow Altalto Immingham to deliver the Front-End Engineering Design ("FEED") stage of the project.



The grant funding will be distributed over the grant period from December 2022 to March 2025 and is conditional upon receipt of private sector matched funding. Altalto Immingham has obtained Letters of Intent from a number of existing and new potential partners for the private-sector matched funding requirement with the first tranche of private funding due to be in place by April 2023

that the problem , a huge amount of dough needed and tbh the govt needs to cough up most of it!!!!!!!!!! unless a European SAF company turns up and offers VLS the money to just the altato site and then VLS is done with it

nahh steady upticks are a nonsense. AIM u only make money on the fast risers really in my opinion - the more time an aim company hangs about and doesnt deliver the SP drops and continues doing so. so time is not a positive for an aim company and neither is bad news.
