did you read this rns? Altalto Immingham has obtained Letters of Intent from a number of existing and new potential partners for the private-sector matched funding requirement with the first tranche of private funding due to be in place BY April 2023.

it is now END of April. that rns insinuated they had funding sorted BY april. it is now END of April. Ive been around for about 10 years on AIM, the market doesnt like these type of rnss where statements are made something is BY and then there is a delay and no updates.

MMs will start punshing this very soon. that last rns said funding BY April. market doesnt like delays. its now almost end of April and no news. VLS have massively messed up, they should not have said BY April in that previous rns.

yeah these guys have had no sales volume. the invoice the auditors are looking for to confirm the revenue is probably just ONE invoice or ONE contract from the government. Basically they havent bothered to organise a basic accounting department as they didnt have any need for it. but now they are listed it is biting them in the ass because the auditors want to see proof of revenue etc.

im a chartered accountant. so i know this was **** easy to sort out. yeah im not saying PIs would sell. the damage is being done by the MMs who dont like rnss like these in particular. going to be almost impossible for NARF to recover the share price now. as ive always said the mcap is currently too high and it will take a massive $25m contract to move this. MMS have already marked this down to punish it.

basically weve had no proper trading update and no proper business update, what wve been given is t i t auditors doing unnecessary audit work, delaying us, maybe now destroying the share price and then randomly and in a rush getting a CFO in to try to get through what should have been a basic audit. this company isnt a massive blue chip company, it should have been easy to book and record any invoices and financial data. just pants. we just got to hope the market makers dont slaughter this today. also why waste money on 2 separate rnss,. they could have just announced the CFO in the first rns.
