MOSCOW, July 9. /TASS/. Russia will provide Internet across all of the country’s territory by 2030; over 1,000 base stations will be installed in remote settlements in 2021, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said in a video address to participants at the Cyber Polygon international cybersecurity online training.

"We endeavor to ensure that the people can access the web all over Russia’s territory, including the most remote parts. We will provide this by 2030. We will install more than a thousand base stations as early as in this year to organize web access in every small settlement," the Prime Minister said.

Elimination of digital inequality remains a government priority, Mishustin noted. Free Internet access has become an important measure of the quality of life in the modern world, he said.

Bringing the Internet to the most remote corners of the country is particularly important because it means not merely information but also new options in terms of employment, the Prime Minister said. "We see already now the pool of vacancies for remote work is growing. Remote employment is gaining popularity," he noted.

Terrific H1 trading update today from B2B e-payments, forex & fintech provider Equals Money.

Reporting H1 sales up 21% to £16.7m (+11% sequentially vs H2’20) & Q2 hitting a record at £8.7m (almost +50%). Higher than pre-covid levels despite an absence of any significant lift-off yet across travel industry (<5% total vs 31% Q3’19) which should hopefully come in due course.

Encouragingly too, thousands of new clients were won in the period, attracted by the ‘one-stop-shop’ bank-grade technology, dovetailed with the valuable advisory service (re forward contracts).

Hence with costs remaining tightly controlled and momentum accelerating, I believe it’s feasible that #EQLS might deliver a £10m+ revenue quarter sometime over the next year as overseas travel recovers.

Wrt forecasts, I’m projecting 2021 adjusted EBITDA of £4.2m (£1.2m 2020) on revenues of £33.4m (£29.0m), with a comfortable valuation to 70p/share (see attached). Longer term, turnover could even rise to >£53m by 2025. Which on a 5x EV/sales multiple (vs peers at >8x), would generate a theoretical price of 150p vs 47p today (2.3x EV/revs).

Lastly, #EQLS is cashflow breakeven on top of having a net £9.2m in bank - providing ample fire-power for further organic and possible M&A growth.
