The UK's biggest bank is having tech issues today, with customers reporting they cannot access their current or business accounts online or by using the firm's banking appLloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers are all struggling to access their bank accounts today due to an IT outage affecting the banking group.

Website Down Detector, which monitors IT issues at big companies, said the issues started to be reported at around 10.10am.

More than 1,000 people had complained about Lloyds by 11am.

Around 65% had issues with online banking and 35% with the app.
