Then a week of who knows what till new shares issued. Then a bout of selling if the price is above 3.
So I don't see any significant move till next month.

KK ( we had HH last year ) selling his free shares to pay for the renovation?

Of course we all have our opinions.
If Bosch were really interested in buying us out for 19p, why did they not start collecting and building up a holding at far lower prices?
And why did SM not go to them now and offer 51% of the company for 10p? instead of however many % they have now sold for 3p?
I know it's not that simple but just some thoughts.

One extra odd issue is the amount of trades in round numbers to the thousand.
Most trades by PI's are based around an amount of money not an amount of shares but recently we have seen lots of trades at xx,000

Each to their own theory. But I have a spread bet on SEEING (as well as shares) and yes they expired today but I have them on rollover and that is exactly what happened without a fuss.
What is true, is these companies do like to play (manipulate ) prices on expiry days, just like they do with Puts and Calls on the options market.

Today it is the SP that has lead boots and is taking a dive 4.55 now

SEYE SP is doing well because it trades on a home market. Swedes hear about a local company developing one of the future techs and take a punt.
We, however , being an Aussie company are not known among most Brits and therefore not being bought up.
If we were traded in Australia, I have no doubt the SP would be better. Similarly, if we were on Nasdaq as the Americans go for latest tech.
