Here is little article from NT News, nothing ground breaking but it appear there are many people waiting and want this finally be done!

WE’RE about to start one of the most crucial sitting weeks in Parliament in a long time, yet our politicians are once again playing politics, rather than serving the people that elected them.
Opposition Leader Gary Higgins’ motion of no confidence in the Gunner Government is just a political stunt bound to fail. Let’s hope it doesn’t pose too much of a distraction in what is a pivotal week for the future of the NT’s economy.
With crucial legislation surrounding fracking finally before parliament, there is precious little time to waste.
Industry has waited two years for the moratorium to be lifted and has urged the government to get things moving.
During this time business investment in the NT has fallen, retailers have suffered and property prices have slumped. Our elected politicians only gather at Parliament House less than 40 times a year.
These times should be spent working towards making the Territory greater, but often they are reduced to petty political point scoring. What we need is for the politicians to do the job they were elected to do.
They need to make important decisions on legislation which can change the livelihoods of Territorians. The NT has been crying out for the next big project to replace the construction of the Inpex gas plant. How much time will Higgins’ no confidence motion chew up which could be spent on legitimate debate? Fracking could be the industry to turn the Territory around.
Let’s hope our pollies give it the respect it deserves.
