Idioacracy is just staggering I have really no words for it. There is not any chance that conversation around contracts ever took place. Contracts are hired by operator in JV, Falcon is not operator there for will not hire anybody and operators spending is heavily scrutinized by each JV partner and that is done so everyone keep each other honest. This accusation is just bunch of cooked up BS. The good thing courts still functioning with integrity over there at least for now.

I would think the good time is get in now so you can take advantage of the long term hold and reduced taxes (this is for US not sure how it works in UK or Canada), but who knows maybe people like to pay short term cap gains

Only news I can think that can move the price is additional partner with % shuffle. Thinking along those lines if it is Super Major it will move the price anything else will do very little for the share price unless there is clever negotiations.

I do not think there is any news or really anything other then somebody with lots of money decided to buy in the beginning of the year.

In addition to thick organically enriched intervals, the Velkerri Formation Amungee Member and Kyalla Formations also contain hundreds of meters of interbedded siltstones and mudstones with minor sandstone."
