Looks like it is only impacting Oil, Gas appear to be doing its own thing

I noticed this morning that one of the falcon boards had interesting suggestion and I am thinking that is what maybe happening wanted to see what you guys are thinking.

"The directors of falcon seem to be changing their stance as up until the latest RNS their position was ones the last 4 test wells had been drilled and analyzed which falcon said they had enough cash in the bank for, Falcon said they were going to sell their 30% and pass this money onto share holders.

Now what they seem to be doing is raised 150mil to get the wells into commercial production as Falcon say there is more money to be made that way"

Here is what I am thinking Origin already has the plan to purchase Falcon and I am thinking (POQ and board already aware) so now it is matter of money, so Origin need to make sure the Capex expense does not sting to much there for they need to move some of the money from Opex to Capex by supporting Falcon operation cost.

I think Origin is moving in to get Falcon purchased

I believe this is where Origin maybe moving Opex budgeted money towards 100% ownership to minimize Capital expenditure during Falcon purchase. IMO this is time to hold or buy. I will be buying more as I think we are very close to the finish line.

No problem 150 Million $ for 7.5 % of beetaloo holdings which is quarter of 30% or just about.
Falcon has about 1Billon shares, there for Origin just bought about 250Millon shares forth of Falcon.
150Mill/250Mill = 0.6$

Ok looks like we give about 1/4 of our holding to Origin for 150 Million $. So if you look at this deal origin buying 1/4 of the falcon for 150Mill that is about 0.60 cents per share. I say it was good deal and maybe even fantastic.

No news yet.... and hopefully the news will be done after things settle. My guess everyone is quietly buying the stock ( I have been picking up few shares in US as the price looks very attractive)

Bid x Size 0.0725 x1,000,000 - Ask x Size 0.090 x9,930,000. This is by far the biggest numbers for Ask and Bid. So theory of some of the " FAT CAT, bottom feeding scum sucking on a cigar at the 'CLUB'" seem to be correct

I hope they will hold off on the announcement other wise it will really do nothing. I am also somewhat curious what will happened ones the price war is over. I think in the long run it will be good for US and Australia (Short term will suck for sure) I am guessing Russia will follow Venezuela path to the complete melt down (to this point the playbook is the the same) and Saudi Arabia will continue doing business as usual.

Things are really really really look RED in my portfolio and it looks like it will be red for the little while, I am not even confident success with most resent well will translate to the upper movement. In the short term I think we are f..ed.

I think site is looking somewhat different now

It is been like that for about 7 years. SA government took very simple concept of "soon" and stretched across time and space and made it infinite.

US and Canada markets do not seem to care about Falcon success with the horizontal well. Slight uptick, with painfully low volumes.

One thing about time frames it appears that activity on the ground about 2 weeks ahead of the announcement.
