For sure at this point I do not have any expectations, confidence, ability or necessary drive in Falcon leadership to execute in the best interest of shareholders, slowly selling.... May end up with some # of shares were I made a mistake and bought it at premium.

I will have to take look at all they players and run some numbers, but here is some things why Empire is looking attractive to me.
1. 100 % percent of ownership which may change but as for right now what ever they find will be theirs vs 21.5% of falcon the question which numbers will be bigger 100% of the empire vs 21.5 falcon. No idea
2. Empire have control on the spending vs falcon is passenger on the very big train. Origin potentially can/will drug their feet as they do not give 2 sh..ts and falcon do not appear to have any contractual push to make things move. How would you feel if they delay another year or two??? Falcon will be dead and origin simply takes everything. I have not seen contract and nothing has been communicate from the Falcon leadership, so that brings me to the next point.
3. Bad communication from CIO even if it is same damn thing
4. Empire leadership are taking the same risks just like their investors by continuing buying the stock, where Falcon leadership not so much. Personally this one is big one for me.

At this point I am considering slowly unload and move everything to Empire at least I see promotion of the stock and real plans to actually do something and most important follow through. I feel origin will drain the money From falcon while drugging their feet. There nothing coming from CEO and I think board is complacent.
