£1 great business...is this the NR adventure into west Africa Pan minerals that cost us a £1m dilution at 0.6p old money ?

Looking more and more like that Pots and Pans company NR chucked millions at years ago and nothing ever came of it. Rinse and repeat, got away with it once with H1 they’ve done it again. They watched the SP rise from the NT2 success and drained the pot dry with dilution to line their own pockets. We will never see share holder value, I’d gues 50% of the current share holders have an 4p+ average and 15% are at 10p+ Locked in an can’t get out... this allows they to rinse and repeat.

Unfortunately, I think there will be an extension past end of March for both! :(

Will be worth the years of ‘around the corner’ ‘imminent’ if CT-1 find more gas and then at the sweet spot hit the black stuff... we can only dream.

The infrastructure on NT1 and NT2 site must be worth that alone never mind the 5TCF in the basic. ... and all the oil CT1 will bring up to the surface :) £200m MC on its way. And a nice dividend 1p 2p would be nice.

15% of develolement costs, any idea what this covers?
1) cost going forward after PSA is signed ?
2) costs since day 1 when it Tullow, Aex show and first well Likonde 1 drill?

Solo joined the party for NT1 back around 2011, tullow AEX and solo spent many millions, Tullow leaves the part and aex and solo spend many more millions.
The money spent on the licence since day 1 15% will be tidy sum to solo for their portion.

Any long time holder kept a record of the costs in Tanzania ?

Lon term thinking, dumping HH to our cash in the bank so we keep our 25% of tanz. If HH is the Gatwick gusher then the IOW 30% becomes very valuable. Clearing the way for a complete takeover ?

I could cry, in old money we have nearly 13 billion shares in place. That’s insane, After Reef we had about 2 billion with an sp of 0.4. Since then our market cap has hardly changed wtf!

120p id be a millionaire. That dream has been diluted away!
