Hi thanks for you reply. I’ve spoke with HSBC today, they have to do the forced sale from my ISA tomorrow.

They said there I no other option, I can’t even rebuy with HSBC outside my ISA.

I’ll call them again in the morning to see if this is possible.

My shares are in HSBC ISA, how do I still manage to own SCIR when we are delisted next week?

HSBC will not hold shares for a delisted company .

Well looks like this one is a complete loss. £50k since 2011! Anyone know if this can be put down as a tax loss? I’m PAYE, but could a self assessment be complete to register the £50k loss and some how get paid tax back ?

I’ve no idea if this is even a thing just hoping we have a tax knowledgeable person on here who could share some info.

Need a detective to see how those funds are split down and paid to our directors via alternative routes.

They would not have these agreements in place with Gneiss to grow the company, they are only in place to strip every penny possible and increase their own personal wealth.

Would need to check the end of year finance statements from Gneiss to follow the money. No doubt all of the directors have other ltd companies set up and some how contract to Gneiss as consultants.

There will be no €3m, they have it all worked out that $2.9m goes to Gnisis for their fee.

Meaning, is such a fine margin like 51%:49% adequate for them to claim yes.

Or is there rules in place that the vote must pass by e.g 55%:45% minimum?
