The AUS5 boom, 0.4 to 1.8 (post the 20:1 consolidation) boom then 13bopd and our SP has never recovered. Ow the 6p6p6p dream! I need take now just to BE! Ffs!

But still, give them the shares at 1.3 but with the performance incentive they can only sell 50% when the MC is at £50m and the other 50% when the MC is at £100m.

A few years ago we done the 20:1 consolidation - so went with around 5p.

Current SP is 1p
These guys have reduced the SP by 80%
They now get given shares at 0.2p (80% reduction on today’s value)
As a performance incentive they can sell those share at 1.3p?

6p was the life changing dream now 5.5p is break even ffs!
For me the 20:1 consolidation killer for the share price hoping the Tanzania government start taking a look at the world and realise going self sufficient is the best way forward and they start investing heavily in their infrastructure and natural resources. They have so much gas waiting to be brought to the market, 3rd world to 1st world in 10 years is they manage to agree the correct contacts.

5.5 gets me to BE, couldn’t let my self average down even more when this hit <0.05 a few weeks ago.... kicking myself but I’ve lost count on the number of times I’ve tried to average down!

3 months, it’s been 7 years since the data room was open, Tanzania up for sale, data room packed out, solo worth 20x what they are today , loads of big dogs ready to Chuck $billion us.

Here is a thought... maybe they are intentionally dragging their feet .?? AEX have dropped about from 1.6ish to 1.0ish since we have been suspended.
Maybe they want to line up the news so tanz Is
dropped at the same time ?

If AEX had Ben flying... 2p, 3p I might be annoyed they are taking the time but generally follow what the AEX SP does so I’m happy for each day not to be losing money for a change.

This has been an surprising but very interesting week. All new to me this reverse takeover.... after 8 years of rinse and repeat it’s a refreshing change haha.

Very interested to see what the purchase price is for existing share holders... I think we should get a 10% discount for every year we’ve held haha.

We have oUKOG £70m MC on 300bopd... this deal will get us 1700boe... can we dream and use that as a base line as expect a MC of £390M?

I’ve no idea what to expect!?!?... this is solo after all we could open up at £3.9M!

All just a new side show (a big side show) came for Tanz, hopefully we can get the licence sorted soon and start with the next drill.

Imagine opening back up with 1700boe and Ruv now at 5tcf with oil flowing .

£1.20 is the old 6p = retired at 35 :)
