The market for GCM will always be opaque imo because of Chinese, Bangladesh and Tang involvement but I maintain the set up will benefit shareholders as the SoD seems to be the only thing on the table and am very hopeful for the green light at Sunday's meeting.

Subscription shares only come into being when Axis sell to clients and GCM get 6.5p/share sold while the clients pay the market price is my guess how it works. Axis can make a fat profit if clients are slow to buy but clients make a fat profit if forward bought or bought today. Maybe a lot of late reporting in this scenario. GCM raise at a guaranteed price while Axis take the risk of being able/unable to market shares at a greater price. Axis do this as joint broker to GCM so act as original share issuer.

China Power and GCM sent a message to GoB when they signed the billion dollar MOU " issuance of a Notice to Proceed with the works is dependent on the Company receiving the necessary approvals from the Bangladesh Government " and I think they need to heed that and The AIT deduction benefit on imported coal being withdrawn is an early indication for the meeting on Sunday with Ministers having heads banged by GCM/CP and BoG. Things are definitely coming together and snail pace is no longer an option.

For me the approval is on the way and reason for being here also the reason for fund raise ahead of the same with maybe one day left to get pals on board at a cheap price as low as possible so if it goes lower tomorrow it does not matter.

I was thinking the 4.5m might be an Axis transfer to the client/retail arm as retail investors have taken them by surprise and they are scared of losing control of the mates rates range they are keeping prior to approval. Would explain the good price they were taken at. I know it is all opaque but Tang's best interests are in GCM remaining as the management company and that requires greasing the wheels by possibly the only way available and that encourages me.

I am no guru. I just suggest that now Axis are joint broker but also have a private client arm to their business that they can organise things. Your order as it is a big one might well be subject to delay in reporting even if you are not one of Axis's clients. I have to have a theory to explain my investment and was pleased that the last rns threw up Axis Capital who imo operate cross border investment for clients wanting in on the Phulari bonanza - just hoping anyway.

NewboF; it is a binary punt and investors have put their money on approval so no point just being on the fence at the committee, we will have to have some headbanging and a vote foe OPM.

They are agency buys so get reported by the agent as a balanced order on their books (Axis) when the volume going through them allows, ie @ 100k +, imo. No TR1 as ownership is transferred to the clients. I see my buys with HL going through as normal.

Pressure from non payment of bill for coal/gas and outages is hopefully tipping the balance in the meeting and as I has been mentioned, allowance has been made for the water to be managed should go ahead be given which could employ a lot of local people eager to get their land back in the future.
