Finalising equity may be last major hurdle for finance but gold mines normally respond to operational success so I hope BCM can hit the ground running.

KEFIGOLD: The 60m$ equity/stream/ethioprefs is to be used first and paid back with success with mining later and then the banks debt is drawn on which should give a good boost to the SP as mining activity / resettlement etc gets reported and no expensive funding required. Equity signing would definitely depend on bank signing first imo.

KME Ethiopia Holdings I assume is the same as KEFI Ethiopia in the latest presentation (why do they change the name?) and circa 5% of TKGM for closing fees and costs being settled/haggled atm and a rather open ended ("Ordinary Shares in either of these Ethiopian subsidiaries with issue-pricing based on TKGM valuation post-financial close") % of TKGM or KME Ethiopia Holdings being decided on and would suggest parties are either interested in critical metals/expanded gold prospect (KME) orTKGM buying equity accordingly: ie at one level or another in the KEFI group.

If 5% of TKGM is > 10m$ then 5% taken from KEFI moves down and likewise the equity investors will get less % for their money.

KEFI EthioPrefs cater for sharia law style investors I would think and will be on the generous side to reflect good prospects of the mine

No point finalising until the banks had agreed terms. All physical activity ready to start so the sooner these money men make their minds up the better for their returns.

As soon as big buy orders come in to share in KEFI's development they will find tight holders and the SP will need to go up. The MMs will be filling chancer's bids while they can but iof there are not enough sellers..........?
