Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Is Kitous just throwing his weight around and has no real plan. Perhaps status quo prevsails here.
If I am anything to judge by my recent top up was buying the dip by long term inclined investor hoping for good news/times. No denying BIRD is in a space the future is moving toward. I had expected bigger announcements by now.
If 47.6% of shares in issue have voted not to reelect it is a slam dunk. Todays rns was necessary to preempt an SP crash which might have happened without a prior explanation but what his happening could result in a profit to existing shareholders if a takeover is planned by Kitous once he has his nominees in place.
Sounds pretty bad and expect they will not be reelected. Kitous needs to be a bit more patient if possible. He is just trying to maximise returns but current management appear keen and are performing well. I did not get the voting flagged up by ii; 75% required of total shareholders to delist and not sure if that means paying off shareholders or taking them private too.
Greed ruins everything nowadays.
How do you keep up with all this news, never heard of all these players! Adobe I know about but mainly for all the annoying update info and what they do, if anythng, on my desktop. Bird are in with javascript I believe for conformity.
KRG is autonomous. Iraq can always reduce their support to compensate for high oil revenues until support is no longer required but to meddle with the KRG nullifies the autonomous bit. Yak yak in their assembly just to feel they are the rulers- they will never rule Kurdistan but there can be close cooperation.
I think an enterprising news organisation/entrepreneur could build a business with this tech. They are slow to catch on but the hike in energy costs will likely be a spur to better times for BIRD.
This is true-pity mining is such a slow business-but polyhalite is going to be huge for our soil's health in the UK and I hope all farmers can get signed up for a home discount. Perfectly legitimate for the government to support that sort of deal to feed the country cheaper.
Could the UK have a sub cruise in the Black Sea to protect a shipping lane?
Presentation at 11am and questions may clarify the rns.
' The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation. '
Quite encouraging that person of ability joined. Should be a lot of open goals for him:

The puppet masters?
Sorry diamond man, just noticed HL had XD against the share and thought that would only be relevant for one day when the price would adjust. So much unhelpful guff around that I add to it sometimes.
those are not serious musings but I am optimistic re AAL
today is ex dividend of 128p so should not be falling 338p. Prospect of polyhalite profits should support the sp with Ukraine and russian wheat off the table.
Well done Bigtosh. Pleased at the global emphasis in the update. There could be a rationale for a US business and an Asian one as may be easier to engage with the respective markets.
Hello Bigtosh, I did take a £1000 profit at 713p just in case the slide continued but my Mother has plenty remaining but is not of an age for waiting longterm. Thanks for your take on the hardware. Ukraine has surely caused a shake up with the software and shrinking of the total addressable market for visa and mastercard and will have to see how fintech reacts and the response if one is required. Uncertainty is a killer for SPs.
Payout of £1.176 (500m$/324.499878)/ share brings it back to where we are
The point for me Monty, and I know it does not reflect on the bottom line in results yet, is that the savings in time and energy should see Blackbird forced on all reporters in the field and the only reason it isn't is inertia and strong loyalty to existing workforce in head offices which would/should be chopped. Could also be editorial control plays a part. Maybe a new more egalitarian set up for ownership combined with Blackbird will emerge to dominate rather than selling to existing players.
