Great RNS and I’d like to think that given IES’s solution will be manufactured in Britain whereas Eos’ solution is manufactured in the US, IES will get some preference

Just to reflect the beautiful weather outside (I’m sunning in the garden with a nice cold Brew Dog!!), Barrick Mining up 7.5% and Newmont 3.5%. Gold miners on a tear and GGP will have plenty of that too for years to come.

Absolutely FS and the fact that IES is positioning itself globally through strategic partnerships in many countries, it will not have to raise the heavy capital required to build out factories but will enjoy income from royalties and licensing which in turn will provide some financial support to it’s own capital requirements.

As I said previously, hopefully IES becomes the ‘ARM’ of LDES

Morning all. I hope everyone had a good summer.

So there’s been some excellent RNS’s the last few months and now the likes of Alphabet and OpenAI are pledging to spend billions on UK AI infrastructure. This will no doubt include data centres which are energy heavy. This has to be just another significant positive for IES given its position in the UK.

If and when IES needs to raise capital, I’m sure it will be done in the most beneficial way possible for the company and ultimately its shareholders - after all, it’s the Company Directors’ fiduciary duties to do so and how they’ve steered the company to where it is now over the last 12-24 months has been very impressive in my personal opinion.

IES is still at the beginning of a potentially huge growth cycle and is extremely well positioned both with product and global positioning. Any company in ‘early growth’ stage generally needs capital to expedite and mature such opportunities so any capital raise or investment is going to be in a very positive environment for the company so will and has to be seen as a positive catalyst.

Don’t want anything, just a bit of free advice from my own experiences which each person can take or leave.

Looked in here for first time in months as I’ve reduced my holding here by about 75% over the last 3-6 months. In that time, I’ve invested the money in Newmont and Alphabet and have enjoyed returns of 30 & 35% respectively. I’ve taken the hit here but recouped a lot back already by reinvesting elsewhere. You have to look at the core reason as to why THG has been doing so badly in the last few years and it’s simply because of management. I’ve learned this the hard way but made the decision to invest in companies that have clear potential and are backed by solid management. It has transformed my portfolio this year and by and large, I’ve significantly improved returns. Whilst patience is definitely a key attribute to investing, so is knowing when to get away from things that are fundamentally not working for the Shareholder. GLA

The future looks incredibly promising and as you rightly state, the opportunities are here and now and being developed/progressed/contracted every day which will be a continuing theme for many years to come.

Further to the announcement on 12 March 2025, Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, is pleased to confirm it has received a formal Notice to Proceed ("NTP") from STS Group in respect of a 10.8 MWh ENDURIUM battery system for delivery to a project in Hungary.

10.8 MWh of ENDURIUM batteries will be installed alongside a large-scale solar PV array as part of a large scale solar plus storage project in western Hungary. The project is supported by the European Union and is expected to receive debt funding from a major European bank. With Notice to Proceed now issued, Invinity is due a downpayment, allowing the manufacturing and order fulfilment process to commence ahead of shipment later this year.

STS Group is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company based in Hungary, specialising in the design, development, commissioning and operation of renewable energy-based power plants, hybrid power plants, substations, switching stations and transmission lines. STS has worked with Invinity since 2023 and is considered a pioneer of non-lithium energy storage solutions in the region. The company, which was founded in 2002 and has completed over 100 projects across Hungary, previously purchased and installed a 1.5 MWh VS3 battery in March 2023.

Jonathan Marren, Chief Executive Officer at Invinity said.

"Receiving NTP on this project is the final milestone and now allows us to progress to manufacturing and ultimately delivery of the batteries, confirming the first commercial deployment of ENDURIUM in Europe.

"This is an important event for Invinity both from a commercial perspective but also financially in providing a material portion of anticipated 2025 revenues."

What’s not to like about this:

Further to the announcement made on 31 March 2025 regarding the LoDES project, Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, is pleased to confirm that the project has now been granted planning approval. Separately, the Company has also received confirmation from DESNZ that the project will receive a £10m grant, the maximum amount available.

With grid connection agreements and planning approval now in place at the site in the South East of England, the project can now progress to construction phase, with 20.7 MWh of Invinity Vanadium Flow Batteries (VFBs) expected to be delivered to site before the end of this year.

Invinity's interest in the project is principally as a grid-tied, large-scale Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) demonstration project. The now approved planning application also allows for the development of a solar array on site. As previously announced, the project is not conditional on the installation of the solar array, however, the Company is currently in discussions regarding this element of this project and will proceed with the solar array if such a move to co-locate with a generation asset is deemed to be commercially and operationally advantageous.

Once live, this project is expected to be the largest commercially operating Vanadium Flow Battery in Europe and will play a significant role for Invinity as an important reference site for new and existing customers.

Not that I’m saying I guess is I lost making business.

We have no debt and a world class product that is going to be hugely in demand for many many years to come all over the world. There’s an energy revolution going on I love sushi if you weren’t aware of that and a long-term need to transfer away from fossil fuels to renewable clean energy.. IES is at the forefront of that transition in my opinion

Virtually all early stage companies are lost making learn basically economics and business. I love

And there’s clearly a sizeable seller in the background but once cleared, we should push on up to new SP highs IMHO.

Two fantastic announcements this morning and just a small taste of things to come but these announcements move us to confirmed orders and manufacturing commercially of ENDURIUM. We are on our way!!! GLA

This Breaking News headline on Bloomberg TV just popped up!

Energy Storage is one of the hottest sectors behind AI at the moment and IES has one of the best, if not the best LDES offering globally with it’s Endurium and having announced fantastic strategic partnerships and bring in the position it currently sits in, the SP is 30% off its recent high!!!! Make of that what you will but this is the AIM market and liquidity still scarce here so can be easily manipulated. What it does do is just provide an outstanding opportunity to buy more. GLA

I’ve just sold out some shares from another position and put in a buy order at 20.5p for another £4k’s worth. Too good to turn down at these levels!!!!!

Yep. The drop is on no news so purely either profit taking or someone wanting the SP lower to take out any weak shareholders.

Fundamentals and positioning for IES never been better and I’m still very confident that my holding here will provide a substantial return over time. GLA
