And for anyone wondering if what AML is giving MB for an in into their tech and further deepening of the relationship between the two companies is a good deal or not, Bloomberg just reported VW investing $177 billion in tech!!! it’s a cracking deal IMHO which AML will massive benefit from so hopefully we SH will too :-))

And it seems to have just shot up so hoping for a breakout!!!!

Hi all. Looking back, in July this year a potential capital raise was being considered here but looking at RNS’s I can’t see that one has taken place yet? I’m considering investing here so will be grateful for any comments regarding the current and projected capital position of the company here. Thanks in advance

Yesterday, I saw a brand new 70 plate AML convertible - its brakes were screeching like a cat being dragged off a hot tin roof lol!!!!! Hopefully it had literally just been rolled out the showroom. Looked and sounded awesome though ;-)))). 65p+ today! GLA

C2645, I’m sure you’re right. Stroll & Co, highly successful and astute business people have not considered this at all. They’re just flying by the seat of their pants!!! Even if you said right now that MB’s 20% increase in AML ownership is £200 million of current mcap so that’s what they’re being given, the value of their tech and relationship far exceeds that imo.

IMO, the impact of MB deeper involvement and commitment to AML significantly outweighs the shares they’ll receive any share dilution. What AML will be able to draw/access from MB will significantly fast forward what AML can develop and bring to market which I don’t think is being acknowledged in the SP at the moment but it will - it’s not a question of if, it’s when. SP is holding stubbornly around 62p which makes absolute sense given thats MB’s in with the extra shares they’ll receive. I really don’t see why anyone would be selling here as I think in relatively calm waters, this is the new floor. GLA

I don’t see it falling back into the 50’s personally unless the economic outlook changes again re vaccines. This has been due a significant leg up without the vaccine news so the rises yesterday and today are at the very least and should hold as far as I’m concerned. Hopefully the trend is changing too and it’s the catalyst that really lifts this off. GLA

At the end of the day, any investing decisions should be more heavily based on fundamentals and news directly from any company itself. I don’t trust politicians further than I can throw them and so many news outlets have their own agenda. I got a great surprise on my global tech etf yesterday as it jumped 4% when the Nasdaq dropped 1.5% so topped off a great day. That’s a keep for life anyway but hoping that AML can continue to climb into the 60’s today and keep the 50’s in it’s rear view mirror! GLA

Firstly wishing JT a speedy recovery. Mafuta, most of us still learning and can never say we’ll always get it right! I bought and sold RR and Soc Gen at the wrong times but thankfully hung on to my AML so today has eased the pain a little. Give it a few more years and MR Stroll getting us to his £9 SP target and I’d have long forgotten anything else :-)))) GLA

Don’t see it personally. If this was going to be ‘dumped’ it would have by now. It’s only positives for AML at the moment - Bloomberg reporting China auto sales going from ‘strength to strength’! Last chance to get in to AML in the 50’s IMO. GLA

After all the recent news and easy sale of the junk bonds, AML never been looking so positive yet it’s down nearly 5% and almost at the previous RI level yet Rolls Royce is up over 2% when it was already in a world of 5hit and now lockdown is virtually happening across Europe and the US will follow (but even worse). This is beyond logic and patience!!!

Absolutely Dunnie, it’s just sifting the rubbish shorters out but they stick out like a sore thumb! And the fundamental behind that upgrade is Mercedes as well as being supported by everything else that’s taken place in the last 6 months. This is a different beast now.

Today started so brightly but what a very disappointing end, though did still finish up. I don’t know how RR managed a double digit percentage raise, it’s on its ar5e with its market going back into turmoil around the globe!!! Crazy times and I don’t no why the rise today all but sold off but the fundamentals here are better than ever now so it must be seen as a great buying opportunity. I’ll be looking to add on the morning. GLA

Feels good dont it Preefty!! I’ve learnt a lot over the last 6 months and this is the only single stock I hold at present which I’m very happy with. Will pick up other hidden gems as they materialise coz it’s getting ugly again out there but all’s we’ll with AML :-))))
