Perhaps all DT shareholders should now bring legal action against HP for the now baseless legal action they brought against Lynch which in turn has suppressed DT’s SP for sure and left it wide open to an opportunist takeout by TB on the cheap!

Along with the launch of Mistral, Once the orders that will fill the new production facility are announced we should then see some significant upside IMO

I have managed to average down to 46p (over 7 years) and will too be buying more if there’s any short term drop in the SP

Can’t see why anyone still holding with a high average would sell up now given the company is on the pivot everyone’s been waiting for for years. There holding would down so much that they’d have written it off along time ago so now it’s a ‘free hit’ as huge potential upside but little more to lose than they already have if this doesn’t deliver but with UKIB and other II’s investing £50 million, I just don’t see this going anyway but up very soon and once the good news starts coming, this will motor. As of today, All the additional shares from capital raise are now added to and tradeable on the market yes?

Sorry, meant to say the cash injection into the company is more than the current market cap so the additional shares (which are in similar proportion) being added will be offset by the additional cash and I therefore expect the SP to remain stable (but quickly uptrend) once the new shares are completed. If SP was looking likely to go below 23p, why would UKIB and II’s be buying £50 million pounds worth at 23p?!! GLA

And I bought an extra 5000 shares at 4pm today which is showing as a sell and my previous buy showed up as unknown so I wouldn’t be paying much attention to the trades listed in that regard!

But the cash injection into the company is more than twice the current market cap so the extra cash injection should offset the dilution to existing shareholders by the additional shares coming to market IMO. If anything, once the additional shares are tradable, I think the SP will rise aided by significant positive news on Mistral and Orders. GLA

Well if UKIB and UK INSTITUTIONS were happy to buy nearly £50 million of shares at 23p, I reckon they’re feeling pretty confident about their investments having been presented with the future of IES beforehand. I’ve added an additional third in shares to my holding here since (including the Open Offer) and will buy more both before, around and after the new shares land. GLA

I’ve been thinking the same! May reduce my holding by a third as very frustrated with the underperformance of BP share price and have only been holding all my shares in BP this year on the hope of a takeover approach. Shell up around 25% over the last 12 months and BP’s hardly risen at all! What (and when) is going to get BP’s share price on a proper elevated run?

Can anyone also explain how the SP could be moved up/down by numerous percentages when only naff all number of trades done in a day yet now, we’re seeing hundreds of thousands of shares being traded yet the SP barely moves up or down?

Evening all. Can anyone explain why there have been a significant number of large trades marked ‘unknown’ the last 2 days which don’t indicate as a buy or sell yet the share price has hardly moved? Some of the trades (well most of them) are for 100-200k shares at a time

But shares you buy now and before the new 200 million plus shares that will come into the market through new share offer and conditional placement will lose half there value through dilution won’t they?

Does anyone know the total current amount of shares in circulation for IES and what the percentage dilution to existing shareholders will be given the new shares being offered?
