Eurasia Mining PLC (LON:EUA), the Russia-focused Platinum miner, has reshuffled its executive team with non-executive director James Nieuwenhuys to become its new chief executive.

Christian Schaffalitzky remains as executive chairman while Dmitry Suschov steps down from the board to become chief M&A officer.

Just read that first sentence again ... meant a deal worth the equivalent of £1 sp ... you get what I meant ...

If the BOD have a potential deal in front of them for say £1, as an example, and they are currently working to make it a binding offer ... why would they need to issue any statement to the market to stop the current SP slide? If the current SP drops to say 1p its just gonna shoot up to the equivalent of the deal price when announced. Now I could understand if you are selling the company based on mcap but no ones buying EUA, they are buying the right to mine the stuff in-ground. Maybe I'm not understanding how these M&A deals work ... I'll let the keyboard experts educate me ...
