see what i mean about the importance of waiting 4 hours. oil looks to be on the verge of sinking lower now. odds look good for a down day.

oil down at the day's low and held down there for 4 hours now. no sign of a bounce yet! in these situations SP normally drifts a bit lower as the prospect of a bounce diminishes.

i wonder where SP would be without the refinance RNS..GENL had a good RNS too today but SP hardly moved. SP seems to like 182p. thats still up 2p on friday's low when oil price was same. i think oil is sitting on the 50 DMA (WTI). next major support area looks to be 178p.

was gonna be a $1 move in oil today. bulls win today.

has taken off but about to hit some resistance me thinks.

63p creeping up.. close that short Omedome, don't be too greedy.

held after 4 hours time-frame but US market not open yet. see where it goes then. not long to wait. UP UP and away.

its done the 50% retrace. now the rise!! no resistance till 69p. got all afternoon to get there :)

just something i read once. it makes sense. a resistance can break but not hold so best wait awhile.. close to 4 hours now and WTI at 57.80 is bang on the resistance/support level. but which is it?? need to wait another hour me thinks. i know its brent not WTI.. :D

i would wait to see if oil holds gains for a 4 hour time-frame. still 2 hours away so thats when US markets are open. likely oil will creep up more or head down $1 and test support again. Tullow could head back down to c.174p

this is going tits up just like my GENL shares are today. i need good bounce there so i can buy back in here. but i'm up on Lonmin (LMI) since buying late yesterday. no sign of Mrd today. must be still licking his wounds. the refinance RNS has helped support the SP.
