171 is resistance. either sellers came in there or MMs let it rise but not accepting any big sell orders. i don't see 178 or 174 unless oil rises. tomorrow should be interesting with opec meeting. a 9 month extension is not a done deal. i hear a 6 month extension will be discussed too.
