BlackRock went below 5% on 13/02/2018 (6 weeks ago). 5% is circa 4m shares. if thats been the seller then they surely must be out by now? but note the UPGS website updated 23/02/18 didn't list BlackRock. whats the threshold before getting listed as a major shareholder? Lombard Odier have the smallest holding at 3%. so Blackrock 6 weeks ago held no more than 3%.

i know. i was thinking back to the original post topic. what will move the SP. i think it will come from some big II buying if they see value here. good close today, just a wee bit short of 32p. i feared nearer 30p! not too bad. today was big sell-off with DOW down 500 pts. its now down over 700 pts. UPGS SP held up well vs. alot of other stocks.

DOW is down 500 pts. its a very bad day on the markets.

interims end of next month 30th April on a Monday. still 5 weeks away.

those excercising the warrants (i expect all) will be making a killing, picking up cheap shares at 10p. but thats the price shareholders have to pay to get this deal through.

"the company anticipates that it will issue warrants to the providers of the new cash and bonding facilities to buy shares at 10 pence per share (the nominal price of each share). If exercised, this would provide the warrant holders with an interest of up to 20% of the post-issue share capital." 145.71m shares in issue. 20% of that is 29.142m shares @ 10p = �2.91m 100%/20% = 5, * �2.91m = �14.55m value put on the business. today's mcap �128.08m 14.55/128.08 * 87.90p (today's share price) = 9.98p by my calculations the SP should be no more than 10p! am i missing something??

good support i think at 23p not 24p. my typo.

back in at 23.40p after selling just below 27p late last week. not the only retailer to drop 10%+ this last week.. 24p is good support i think looking at the chart.

not looking good if this closes below 152p support..
