its looks like Jay wants support from shareholders. I wonder why.. he don't want SP drifting into the teens as the IIs will then want placing shares at 10p or less. he wants to suck in the PI who will then get stung when they are locked out of the forthcoming placing. just my thought!

i don't know about news but maybe share dilution? what if they do another placing say at 10p this time and lock PIs out again.. they said in last RNS fully funded? i don't believe that after the current issues with no news for 8 weeks..

could be due to a leak of poor production figures, making a future placing more likely. 10p anyone?
